I have just had a horrible experience here, all because of 2 terrible waitresses called val and Daniel that was too busy talking to just stop for a second and acknowledge a simple request. All I wanted to do was raise a trivial little issue like the fact that they was out of cranberry sauce but instead of stopping their conversation, they just carried on as if I wasn't there. I am by no means a karen but they were so rude I had to bring it to the manager. but I believe nothing will be done about it. Val did attempt a back handed apology whilst claiming she didn't hear me, at the same time Daniel stood their with a chip on her shoulder implying that if they both didn't hear me, it wasn't their fault. Worst customer service I have had to date and had to eat my dinner with no cranberry sauce, not to mention my wife leaving really angry and upset with the way it was handled. I have been taking my family there for years, after today NEVER AGAIN. I would strongly advise going somewhere else for a better experience.

Staff are so good, even though they were so busy they helped get us service quickly. Lots of food getting served regularly.

Wheelchair accessibility: Appears to be as disabled parking on site. Lots of space for a wheelchair user.

Very long queue, table booked for 7.40 pm, over a hour waiting in a queue for a carvery, plus didn't get called to our table until 8pm

First time for breakfast and will definitely be my last. Food lacking in quality, swimming grease. Temperature tepid at best. Staff with exception of attentive member taking payments are clearly disengaged and just don?t care
A real shame as has the setting to be quite convivial.
In urgent need of attention as this was just not good enough!

Other than the meat, would not say its home of the carvary at all.
Yorkshire pudding taste stale and eggy. Mash worse than school dinners in the the 1980s
Veggies, no taste at all over boiled mush, and the roast potatoes tasted like there days old, mac and cheese was dry. Even the refillibal drinks were flat, mint sauce watered down with something, not sure what but was very chemical tasting. So bad we left about 70% on the plate. Would not recommend.

We came here early in the morning for an amazing breakfast . This is a very cosy place to start the morning with a great breakfast. Definitely will come again.

Runs a really nice Carvery service and you can now book. Often gets very busy so expect to queue for the food but the queue does generally move quickly. Decent food for a reasonable price.

Good food, plenty to enjoy, very friendly staff, but it will be greater if the meat slices can be a little bit thicker and bigger for the carvery
