We visited the store in search of a number of household items on a Saturday afternoon in August, The car park was quite full but we found a person leaving and took their spot. We had a smiling warm welcome as we entered and were directed to the hand sanitiser I noted trolleys were being disinfected too.\\n\\nThe store was busy but there was enough space between the aisles to keep a safe distance.\\n\\nWe had taken a basket but soon needed to swap it for a trolley as our search proved successful.\\n\\nWe checked prices of branded items and they compared well with online places like amazon.\\n\\nThere was plenty of choice and they seemed well stocked.\\n\\nStaff were friendly and helpful.

Really poor today, was going to go in with a drink, and then refused entry. Understand they may not want people with food/drinks in store but it's the way the greater said it. \\\"You can't come in with a Costa\\\" better customer services and/or a simple greeting and apology would of been much better. Next time perhaps \\\"hello, I'm sorry you can't bring your drink inside\\\" would have been much more appreciated.

Love this shop, can purchase anything from knives and forks to settees. Great cookware and soft furnishings, lovely garden furniture and unusual knick knacks!

It's TK you should know what to expect. Designer names, good prices but you need to rummage.

Prefer the bullring store to the merry hill one as theres more choice at the bullring specially when it comes to designer labels merry hill just gets the basic cheap stock to sell
