Love having a Timpson?s on my doorstep, they offer so many Services. A man named Jay runs the one I use in the Tesco arcade Yardley. He?s so lovely to talk to. He does everything in no time at all, fixes my watches and cuts my keys. Great service at a great price. 10/10

Fella wanted £32.99 for a life time battery I just smiled and walked away he seen it?s a good watch and thought fella had money

I visited the Timpsons store located in swan centre and the service by callum was amazing, he sorted out my longchamp bag that needed attaching within a minute, was very efficient and friendly. Will definitely be visiting this store in the future and recommend to all. Also there's free parking which is convenient. Thank you once again to Callum.

I wil Strat off by saying the man in the shop yday was so friendly and very helpful he also gave me a bag to keep my jewellery safe and all the paper work ect very helpful but as for the quote on my phone it said i only had to pay 50 pound when I got to the shop it was more he did show me the paper work to reassure me and this wasn't his fault just annoying timpsons giving false information so u go ahead with the repair but when u get there it's more money but would like to also say they did do a great job of fixing somefink I didn't think could be fixed

Needed a key cut - in and out with my new key within literally less than 5 minutes. Reasonably priced and incredibly fast, reliable service. Could not fault the service one bit.

Absolutely disgusting customer service I have recieved here. Do not trust them with any repairs. They have lost my valuable and not compensated me at all., I will give them a zero but there is no option

I had a lovely experience when I visited the shop. Jay spoke with was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to advise me on the best products to care for my suede shoes. He was genuinely interested in my needs and went above and beyond to help. He also explained the different services they offer in-store, which was really helpful. Overall, a great experience?friendly, informative, and professional. Highly recommend!

Went to Timpsons to get my watch resized by removing the links. Jay was very knowledgeable and professional. Helped assess how many to remove, perfect sizing and did it all while I went and got a coffee. Thanks
