I have to say that Isha and Jeevan both are a star. Furthermore, Jeevan is a fun character They made my day. Excellent service. Very professional and friendly. 10/10 for both of them. Jeevan got very good humor. I love being at Three with both of them.

I have been a Three customer since 2019. Recently, I visited the Birmingham High Street store to resolve an issue with my account. The store manager, Mohammed, told me to contact 333, even though I had already done so and showed him on my phone that there was a technical issue.
Despite this, he did not make any effort to assist me. I felt his manner was dismissive and unprofessional. As customers, we ultimately contribute to the wages of store staff through the business we bring to the company, so I believe we deserve respectful and helpful service.
In the end, I went to another Three store in the Bullring, where the staff were extremely helpful and professional. They resolved the exact same problem that Mohammed refused to handle.
If the High Street store cannot assist customers with basic account issues, it raises the question of what service they are actually able to provide beyond selling SIM cards.

Questionable experience at the store. Horrible smell and atmosphere as you walk in. Staff couldn?t help with basic questions about pairing smartwatches and sent me to customer service team- customer service online answered the question in about 2 minutes AND the info was already on the website so no excuses. when so many staff spend so much time through the week playing on their phones I don?t see why some basic product training could be implemented.
