I made a 24 months contract in this store on 21st February 2024 then I found a terrible signal in my house. Later I decided to cancel the contract through 14 days cancelation on the day February. I got back to store and ask the manager "Muhammad". He simply stairs at my eyes and said we don't have cancelation. Later I goes through the online chat and they told he was lying to you and you can cancel it without any fees. We have cancelling for 14 days. After that I came back to the store and the manager "Muhammad" again denied of existing this opportunity and told me the cancellation has fee and our policies are different when you buy from a store and when you buy online. How it can be when the company is same? Online customer support team is saying the store manager is declining the request of contract cancellation.This kind of guys are a shame to the company. Why aren't company firing him as a lot of people have complained about him??

Yesterday I got back to store and ask the manager "Muhammad". He simply stairs at my eyes and said we don't have cancelation. Later I goes through the online chat and they told he was lieing to you and you can cancel it without any fees. We have cancelling for 14 days. After that I came back to the store and the manager "Muhammad" again denied of existing this opportunity and told me the cancellation has fee for you and it is not upto online support it is upto him. Then I stood in the store and started to have online chat with Three. After that he vanished for a while and then one of the staff camed to me and told me you can cancel it with out any fee. Just wanted to say although the quality of Three his character is a shame point of this company. I hope they try to understand to not be lieing with customers. This is a preliminary and prior point of marketing. I hope a day Three fire this silly manager. And increases its credit.

We stopped off at the Disney cafe during a long drive from Kent to Chester. The cafe is adorable, decorated all over with Mickey Mouse, it felt like you were in Disney land! Some of the menu was unavailable during our visit, so we opted for the sweet waffles. A staff member came over to confirm some choices with us; vegan or regular ice cream, chocolate sauce or Nutella. This was much appreciated as they could have slapped anything on if they wanted. The waffles were tasty & presented well. The coffee was good too. A very affordable place to grab a quick bite.

The lady was very rude, didn't explain the plans properly, didn't offer any solution for my problems either so very disappointed with their services

Very bad service, and i hate this company. I can't top up my account online because it blocked , in this shop after waiting 1 hours , they cant make me a contact because they can find the Adresse in their system

Went it to the three store to change my email as i was locked out of the account and a lovely assistant called ninah help me change it very fast and easy thank for the help

Came in on Thursday to sort 4 family phones out.I was seen by Sam, she was great very friendly and professional she took her time with us explaining everything.She sorted us out a great deal and we left happy.Thanks Sam.

I was in the branch to get a phone. One of the girls met me to serve me. She was speaking in a very bad way. I respectfully asked her to hurry up. She said, ?I am waiting for the computer to work.? I said to her, ?You were talking to your colleague, and you have work, and I was waiting until For more than half an hour, she responded and said, ?I will not serve you. You are a rude man.? Then she left me and went. I asked for the manager so I could speak to him. But he told me that she was right. The manager?s name was Muhammad and the girl rimshi When my contract expires, I will not renew with you. Your employees are rude.

Was greeted by khush and the Manager, Mohammed at the door. They were amazing. Welcomed me with smile and helped me get exactly what I wanted considering I was in a rush. Thank you so much!! I?ll definitely be back by the way I was treated by Mohammed and Khush

A very good service the staff were so kind an helpful and i really liked the service i wanted to setup a home wifi and really liked it and the sim services are also wonderful i definitely recommend it..

2 family's ordered at same time, there's came ours didn't we waited they finished ask about ours it was coming 45 minutes later and 5 more different excuses told that chef had given ours to another table eventually got it it was wrong more complaints got a full refund and free cake and drinks at cafe on next floor Won't be going back in a hurry
