I am absolutely disgusted by the service at three Birmingham at one stop shopping centre. I had purchased an Honor 200 lite which I resent back as it was faulty. I was then given a replacement which we decided to leave in the box and not use as I did not like phone and brought another phone. I went to recently use the replacement phone just to find out this phone was also faulty and is flashing green lights. I did not expect this from a big company like three and I would recommend people not to purchase any phone from three one stop shopping centre

I had a good experience with Three staff and been in this shop a few times recently with my partner, Fred. I needed a new phone and couldn't make up my mind and felt silly as I did not understand all the tech jargons but when I spoke to staff Aji or Kevin ,they took the time to explain the phone specs and honor tablets specs, costs and best value for money. Still couldn't decide what to buy, my partner bought me an honor tabletx8a with Kevin's help with Three. Kevin advised me to bring my tablet and my new phone(once bought) to Three as he was willing to transfer all my phone data and set up my tablet for me. Bought a new phone eventually and had to set up an appt with Kevin for another day as advised by staff. When I took my phone and tab, Kevin was busy with another customer, however the manager stepped in.. advising Deeps to assist... Deeps was very helpful in transferring my data until Kevin became free to assist me further. Kevin was very professional, knowledgeable, very patient with me and took the time to explain things with me when I didn't understand things. So Three pls promote your staff pay to retain your staff and keep up the good work. Thank you?

Had to pre book in slot at shop re transfer of data from old Motorola phone to new Motorola phone. Your associate Kevin was very helpful
He also then spoke at length with my partner who was seeking a new phone and tablet. I bought an Honor 8a on that day

This network doesn't really deserve one star. I didn't have any good experience with 3 network for two and half years. I always have bad networks and when I call the customer service, nothing ever happens. When I got tired of wasting money on them, I decided to leave 3 to look for a better deal with value for my money, I was told I MUST pay £170.99 to uptout which I felt is stealing and extortion and the government has to look into this. You won't leave a network that is working well.

Took my pensioner Mom in for some help with her phone and Kevin was absolutely brilliant. Polite, helpful and very patient. While we were there I saw other customers being treated really well too. Great service thank you

I went to the three store to seek help regarding a new phone to set up a few apps I was so impressed the way I was helped with calm,patience and dedication staff in particular a young lady called chivonne and just to say thanks to her and everyone there

We had a problem at Three, the hotline did not help us solve the problem, we went to the point ... where we met Chivonne, who solved our problem and we are satisfied with the help and competence of the very nice and helpful employee. We recommend and greet you!!
