Lots of aisle massive store prices are good

I had a terrible experience at this store today. Yesterday I placed a click and collect order online through the Wilko website, but when I went to the given address using Google Maps, there was no Wilko but only The Range.
Inside, I asked to collect my order, but was told it wasn?t possible because the employee in charge of click and collect was off sick. Instead, I was advised to find all the items myself so I wouldn?t need a refund, and I agreed.
Searching for the items was extremely difficult. The store was very disorganised and most products either had no price tags or were marked with the wrong prices. After spending over an hour searching, I still couldn?t find everything even though the website showed those items were in stock.
When I finally went to pay, I noticed that several items had much higher prices than what I expected, but I didn?t complain as I was exhausted by that point.
I strongly recommend this store improve its organisation and consider having more staff available if that?s the issue. Shopping in these conditions is very unpleasant.

I went to the store to process a refund, and the lady who assisted me was wonderful. I waited with her at the register for about 20 minutes. She requested approval, and the manager came over but left after saying they needed to take out the trash. After that, nobody came back for the next 20 minutes. The management really isn't doing their job properly.

Was in store today carrying a large set of drawers Dav off freezers was very helpful took the drawers to checkouts and bought me a basket. Very good customer service

Its local and convenient
The shop is always messy , never correctly priced and I've had to return an item that was used and put back on the shelf.
