So easy to discuss what I want, even when I was delayed with responding. Also gave me more than I ask with samples and capping delivery costsI've opened many packages for my nikkah but I opened this package I was overwhelmed with emotions. My eyes tears up. The love, expertise and genuine care shines through - it is so obvious that this is so much deeper than selling perfumes. Stumbled across this delightful little shop during my wedding shopping. I?ve been looking for a new scent for a while and couldn?t fault the customer service of Zarah and Hafsa. They were both very accommodating and friendly, taking their time to help me find my particular scent. Would highly recommend ??

I had a click and collect order to collect. Arrived at the doors of the Mall and if you close your eyes you can experience what I would describe as heaven for your nose.Thank You to Hafsa who was not only welcoming, understanding and kind but so knowledgeable and helpful whilst I spent more money on perfumes which I clearly didnt know I needed in my life. She took time to go through some options with me, asked me what perfumes I currently have and showed me what others i might like.I was introduced to the £15 range (check this out on the website) though the price tag is a steal, all scents give off vibes of Rich and Expensive & clearly makes you feel like you are commiting a crime only paying £15!!!I wanted a scent similar to the infamous Baccarat Rouge 540 but without the pricetag & Hafsa was there ready to show me bottles which would fit a range of budgets. I also purchased some incense for my burner which are absolutely beautiful.Theres such a range of perfumes, everyday ones, special occasion, treat yourself scents and everything in between (can be made into a gift box/wrap)...Hafsa is a credit to The Perfume Closet, Saj.Not sure if its an ongoing thing but I got a discount code for my next purchase on the receipt! ?? Such a beautiful shop!! Birmingham is so lucky! ?

Amazing customer service even in these covid 19 times went out her way to wrap a gift even when was hard due to circumstances and helped and guided with perfume choice! Would highly recommend to anyone and husband really happy with the scents! Thank you

Absolutely disgusted with their customer service and how rude the staff are. They got my order wrong, and got the manager screaming down the phone.Btw the products are cheaper on amazon, with free delivery and better customer service :)
