DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. Please please please read all the reviews as they are soooo accurate even more so with one being from a past member of staff.They demand you pay the deposit knowing the property is nowhere near ready. 6 Months later they pull out. No warning, no advice, nothing. Communication is dead as soon as you pay your fees. Don't expect anything from them unless you chase. The only positive it that the refund was done immediately however I wouldn't put it past them if they don't return your fees. Shahid, the owner is nothing but rude and hides behind messages. A real coward

I would give 0 star if possible. Stay well away from this fraudsters if you are a buyer. Once they get hold of your exclusivity fee, they don?t really care! Something does need to be done about them. I used them to buy a property which fell through. My experience with Zara is nothing to write home about. She was in communication on the telephone, over WhatsApp, and email non stop but once I paid the exclusivity fee, she became impossible to get hold of! My solicitors could not get hold of their solicitors, my surveyors could not gain access to the property for valuation and I could no longer get through to Zara! I lost my 2% and they don?t care! Please please stay away from these fraudulent company!!!

This agency is extremely professional and trustworthy. They explain the process very clearly and it is a brilliant model of buying. I was able to secure a fantastic property at a good price. Everything was clearly explained. Ana went out of her way to assist me and I found her to be extremely professional and knowledgeable. If you are considering buying through OPA do not hesitate. I gave two houses to OPA to sell in Smethwick. They were sold within 48 hours, which is absolutely remarkable.The communication was very prompt, courteous, and professional. Five star service! I was recommended to use OPA by a friend who had received Great service. All I can say is what a Fantastic helpful team. Have recently completed on investment property with OPA. Would not even give 1 star. Started here as an apprentice, in my second week my cousin passed away and they fired me the next day due to ?lack of experience?. Not only that, they then took 4 months to pay me my weeks wage and was blanking my calls for months until I got acas involved. This company is not at all professional and you should not what so ever put any trust into these people.
