Visited the perrybar branch today and a Lady by the name of Ameesha or meesha Very very rude. Had a problem with this individual last time. Very un professional and had a bad attitude. Will definitely be taking this further.

These guys are a joke. Bought a perfume the guy did the whole transaction and told me he added a free membership worth "£15" to my order without asking me. Said it like he did me a favour. Had to return the unopened perfume the next day due to allergy issues. They didn't want to refund because the membership they added is non refundable. They really think their slick. Desperate for sales and no ethics.

Wish I could give zero stars. The worst retail for ordering perfume, poor customer service, they also refuse to answer their phone, and a very basic range of items. Stick to the perfume shop if customer service is important. Shopping with the fragrance shop has been the biggest regret!

I went to the fragrance shop at one stop and had a terrible experience. There were 2 members of staff talking to eachother, I had to wait for quite some time before they decided to help. I enquired about some perfumes the lady was so unhelpful. She just gave a tester then went back to her conversation with her colleague. I then asked about another perfume she just blurted out "oh that's really expensive." I didn't even ask the price I just wanted to smell it. I left that store went to superdrug and spent £200 on 2 perfumes. Fragrance shop anywhere else have always been helpful but the in one stop not so helpful. Left feeling depressed for being judged.

Totally amazing service received today from Shohan and Ridwan. As a first time customer to this stores I found them so much more friendlier than the big department stores.

I always buy from here at the one stop store, the customer service is always excellent and I want to say thank you to Meesha who always does her best to find me the perfumes I?m looking for and always finds the best prices for me. Keep up the good work guys

I would give no stars if i could. On the 27th December i went in store and i encoutered a very rude lady with false eyelashes and plastered with makeup thinking that somebody that is going to the perfume shop doesn't have money in their purse.She was chubby and extremley rude. She seemed fine with the male customers as if she was going to pull a date. She just sat on a stool facing towards the wall not the counter. All i asked was if she could assist me in finding a perfume for a young male as I was buying for my nephew. I really think that she needs to be fired for such poor customer service and no communication skills. She lacked eye contact as well. I would really hope that nobody has to deal with this staff member. I hope this can be looked into.

Train your staffI bought a perfume and decided to return in same day.I was served by Suhan**r. I asked to return the item but Suhan**r was telling me that they don?t do refund here and i have to go west brum to another branch(First lie). Then he was telling me we can do refund here(Perry barr one stop) but he doesn?t know how to refund and another of his colleague were there, he is completely new. So They put two guys on customer service and they don?t know how to serve customer properly and don?t know how to do refund. Lying to customers. Prices are very expensive too.
