I came in last Tuesday at a particularly busy hour, and upon requiring assistance with my shopping I approached a young lady by the name of Emily, when she seemed especially preoccupied doing customer orders, when approached she was especially attentive and extremely happy and eager to help, with her help I definitely found the items a lot quicker than if I was on my own! She is a credit to the store and staff, I came back in yesterday morning to do a top up shop and again she was there and withheld the same attitude to service as she did on the Tuesday and provided a great deal of help.

Absolutely marvellous store, neatly kept and well stocked with the best offers. I LOVE THE FROZEN Especially. The staff also seems like a delightful friendly lot.

I don?t know who runs or works in this place because I?ve never been in there, but on two occasions now when ordering via just eat it?s been an absolute joke. First time the driver turned up with the complete wrong order, so I called Iceland and they blamed him.. luckily he returned with the correct order but now I understand that this is a common experience when ordering from them online based on just eat reviews, so it has to be due to staff incompetence. Just tried to order a single item, it was accepted as normal and the courier had arrived at the store to collect the packed item. Tell me why they cancelled it at the last minute? This really makes me think the staff are just strange lazy people and based on Google reviews they?re rude so I?m not completely surprised. Won?t be going in here cos I definitely don?t want to be faced with whoever works in there and whatever attitude they may carry!
