Very impressed. Eye test and exam very thorough and did not feel rushed as you can in the big store's. Made to feel like a valued customer. Great advice on lenses and frame. Very happy with my new glasses. Ordered second pair for half price.

From the time of my being met to the conclusion of my appointment, I was well looked after. I didn't feel rushed, which is always a good thing. The problem with my eyes (eye lash removal) was very quickly sorted with good follow up advice.
