The optician and her team treated me with utmost respect, kindness, and courtesy, leaving me with no hesitation in recommending them to my family and friends. Their dedication went beyond the call of duty as they ensured I was promptly seen by an eye consultant after my appointment with them.

Brilliant customer service. I popped in with a pair of broken cheap sunglasses and both ladies did their best to help out even though the sunglasses were not bought from them. Thank you!

I was reminded in good time about my annual checkup, and received a voucher from the monthly payments I had been making which helped spread the cost of new glasses. Staff arewelcoming and knowledgeable, and the optician explains everything clearly. I am pleased to be able to come regularly. Thank you.

I had only one contact lenses left and I called to see if I could get one contact lenses for my other eye as a matter of urgency. Although Chelsea was unable to help me with my request, she was really lovely and tried to help by giving me details of two other opticians I could use. I was not fobbed off and I was not made to feel stupid. Thank you Chelsea for being professional and lovely in equal measures.

Popped in today to have some lenses replaced in my sunglasses - was served by Loredana who was polite, knowledgeable and very efficient. She explained the process and replaced the lenses very quickly. I would recommend this optical practice to everyone. Thanks again

I had a great experience. Ms Lubna Wahid did my eye checkup. It was a detailed and comprehensive examination. She explained every step of the process to me, making sure I understood everything. I felt very comfortable throughout the examination.The manager, Ms Chelsea, was friendly and helpful. She made sure that all my queries were answered about the membership plan. I appreciated her willingness to help me make the right decision.
