My father passed away late in the day yesterday and Coop funeral services Nechells collected him and took him to their branch. Thank god for Julie. So caring and patient. My two adult children have lost their father. Julie has made every visit and every call so much more bearable.Wonderful asset to The Co op.

Very excellent service from everyone at this company. Wanted to say a special thank you to Martin (hoping I've got his name correct) and Simon for going above and beyond when my family laid my nan to rest on Friday. Will most certainly recommend this company. Thanks again!
