Sunday 2nd oct.. 5 stars for the young gentlemen serving today, very polite, good communication and helped pack the bags, But 2/3 stars for the older ladies who seem to be a pair of grumpies most days.. never help pack your bag and just pile the shoppingup even if shops busy...

Excellent customer service. Went in looking for some A4 envelopes, none on the shelf, asked the guy behind the counter, he went to have a look out back, but they had none, so he GAVE me a couple of (what I'm assuming we're internal stationery) envelopes, what a hero ??I don't usually use this store, but this store has now gained a new regular customer ?

I'm here near everyday on the way to take the children to school. Staff are friendly and welcoming and even helped me settle my baby on a day where she seemed inconsolable when I was going to give up and leave. Made me feel much better about my day ?
