If you expecting parcel collection from the counter, don't waist your time. Parcel always can't be found on the day when receiving notifications of it being delivered to the store, give extra few days. Now you can't collect nothing at all as machine not working, didn't looked to me that anyone actually cared about it. Bad experience with parcel collections from this co-op

If you have a blue Coop membership card that gives you discount and points in Coop shops, just to let you know I was told by a male member of staff I could only have the points there even though the item I had bought was advertised as one of the products that was Coop card discounted.
The Coop on the Hagley Road gives you your points AND your discounts so I recommend you go there. The Hagley Road shop also has more selection and the staff are friendly.

Standard Co-op, too expensive and small selection. But to make things worse, every time I come in in the mornings, the Costa coffee machine is out of order and there are no pastries available. The morning is the highest demand for these products, why not get a bit organised? Very disappointed.

Left here feeling so angry after they have a stand inside the store with 2 people talking about how they should completely put a stop to premature babies considering I've just recently had twins which was born premature as twins don't normally go full term. So does this mean my children shouldn't be here? Absolutely disgusted

Good for top-up shops as located near to Hagley Road and the various outlets situated along Court Oak Road towards Harborne.Friendly staff and reasonably priced with a membership rewards scheme available for discount products.

It's only a small store, good choice but they're rather expensive. There are some good offers though.Staff are lovely.
