If you expecting parcel collection from the counter, don't waist your time. Parcel always can't be found on the day when receiving notifications of it being delivered to the store, give extra few days. Now you can't collect nothing at all as machine not working, didn't looked to me that anyone actually cared about it. Bad... read full comment
