Best doctor in Birmingham by miles. Dr Bhomra has been my family doctor since I was born and I?m now 38, he is absolutely brilliant but what let?s this surgery down is the receptionists, or should I say lack off, they have no people skills and it seems a chore for them to be doing their job. Get rid of the receptionists and replace them will staff that care and this surgery will be 5 stars. Dr Bhomra on his own deserves 5 stars but the surgery itself only gets one star. I?d have loved to have stopped here but unfortunately I have moved out the area so I will miss dr Bhomra and wish him all the best. Overall, use this surgery if you want a great doctor who cares but don?t expect any decency from the receptionists (a term I use loosely)

I rang the surgery at 8.30 on Tuesday 2nd Jan 2024 as my partner was quite ill , I was told all appointments had gone for that day. I questioned that the surgery had only been open 5 minutes as indicated on the website. The receptionist said the website details were wrong and suggested I rand 111. I did thiss and was met with a much more efficient and productive approach. I am suggesting to my partner that he moves doctors as this is the latest in a string of incompetencies at this surgery and he has quite serious health issues.

Do not recommend this doctors surgery at all. Dr Bhomra is the only reason i've stayed because his aware of my medical history. Trying to get an appointment is absolutely ridiculous and when you finally get through to them you get a call back. The receptionists and doctors may aswell work from home because it's not like you'll ever actually be in the surgery anyway.

Love the team especially Dr Bhomra who is so caring and reassuring, very thorough with prompt actions especially for children, no second can be missed and he just picked up phone calls to get appointment booked or arranged which save lives! Appreciate his advice and years of experience, we need more caring doctors like him. He looked after my son so well and our family could not thank him enough. We miss his care at this surgery as we had to change after relocation. would love to go back if we can. Highly recommend. thank you very much. we will always think of you and your care. This is the worst GP one could think of visiting. From the registration point, which can take eternity, to booking appointments which is another disaster. The management of Aylesbury are not ready to work, just functioning to collect funds from NHS. It?s a terrible experience. You can?t walk in till now to book an appointment, after the scam of lockdown is over. This Aylesbury GP should be scrapped

Dr Bhomra is a good Gp but I think a few of the receptionists are very unhelpful. I call because I needed help and was told to call back in the morning. I asked for an email address and was told uts a private email do it can't be given out. I wonder why A&E is full everyday

Useless doctors. Registered with them and was told 8-10 week wait for registration to go through. They don't even send a confirmation email or check their systems to confirm they have your forms! It's been 3 months and have never had a single call from them to follow up registration when i have a baby and infant children. Have since registered with another practice.
