We had an amazing experience at TGI Fridays on Hagley Road, Birmingham. Jenna, our waitress, and Christopher, a South African waiter, made our visit exceptionally memorable. Their kindness and hospitality were outstanding, ensuring we felt welcome and well taken care of. Every time we visit, they create a warm and friendly atmosphere that makes us want to come back. Thank you, Jenna and Christopher, for always making our time here so enjoyable!

Always enjoy my time here. However tonight we were served by an amazingly helpful, polite and wonderful young man. His attention to us, ensuring we had what we needed and that our food was good was top class customer service and refreshing given that these days, customer service is lacking in so many organisations. Tobias you'll go far and thank you for you 100% quality service this evening.

Was seated almost immediately but then waited for 30mins for pur servers to acknowledge our group. Even though she acknowledged us she still never took our order. Overall food was overpriced and portion size was extremely small. For a sunday night it was that quiet you could hear a pin drop. Not worth your time or money

Food was OK. Burger was excellent to be fair. But that's where the compliments stop, everything else was so-so, corndogs came out of the freezer at Aldi for example. The waitress who's job it was to welcome people was about as happy as Wednesday Addams with the charm of Harold Shipman. The waitress told me to order my own food with a QR code. (Cheers).

I can honestly say i had one of the worse meals / experiences at tgi fridays when we visited saturday.
We drove over from worcester as we had read that there is a possibility of it closing. Myself and my partner have always loved tgi fridays so was desperate to go just in case it was the last time. We got there for our table at 6 and ordered our food, we were told wed be waiting over 2 hours if we ordered starters then mains etc so best to order alltogether. I went for the buffalo chicken boneless bites and glazed burger and my partner wanted nachos and the vegi chicken stripes with a pornstar martini. Was told they had no cheese for the nachos and no pornstar martini so made some changes. We then proceeded to wait 1.5hours for our food! People who came in after us somehow got there food first which was a complete joke. We were also seated under the air con so was froze the whole time (tbf we asked the staff if they could turn it down which did help in the end). Seemed alot of other tables were also getting annoyed with the slow times. When the food did come, it was mediocre tbh, nothing like how we remebered. Also really wasnt worth the price.
We complained to the server who said it was super busy and apolgised yet alot of the tables were empty so really struggle to see how this was the case.
Really was a disappointing evening and was a real shame as we used to love this place. If you read the reviews, it seems a common issue with wait times for food, the price and the qaulity just wasnt there. Really disappointing and pretty poor tbh.

What a waste of a place, as could be really good. Service was extremely slow, food when it did come out (all came out at different times) tasted nice but it was very over priced. No atmosphere until it was someone birthday and seemed lively for all of five minutes. Won't rush back.

Went for the Bottomless brunch which was excellent. 2 hours and with excellent service also. The food portion was a little small and so you can end up spending more on food.
