When we first sat down, first thing we noticed was dirty cutlery. We moved to another table and that was all good. Ordered our drinks and was told there is no diet coke. Ordered our food to be told there were no onion rings. The food was extremely over priced for the poor offererings we ended up with. Mac and cheese was dry and cold. Lesson learned. Won't be going there again.

Never been to this TGIs before but all the other ones had closed down so had no choice to pick this one for my daughters birthday I had booked this in a month in advance when I got there to my disappointment I was separated from my family that had come to celebrate my daughters birthday we was put on two tables when asked if there was not a table were we could all sit together or if they could push some tables together we was told no and this was the only option this meant for the time we was their we were shouting across tables just to talk or we just didn't mix with the family that had to sit at the other table this was very disappointing and ruined the whole experience the food was OK but I have had better at other TGIs restaurants and had to wait along time to get drinks I won't be going back as its not worth the money anymore

Hi there, I?m just wondering why the Friday mozzarella cheese sticks have been changed to such flimsy, skinny ones with hardly any cheese inside. I was really disappointed, as I was really looking forward to them. On top of that, the main course was slightly cold, which was also disappointing.

I had a meal and some delicious cocktails with my mother in the 2023 summer months. It's a fun place to eat with lots of musical artifacts on the walls. Good atmosphere with wonderful views over the Resort World's lake. The ?liqueur coffee cocktails were really decadent ?

One of the worst experiences ever witnessed. The manager was quite rude and discriminating. The seasame strips were served cold and it took server forever to take order. Extremely understaffed and poor management. No wonder this chain has gone bankrupt.

dear gods, 18 quid for a burger? who do they think they are, 5 guys? it was delicious but unless it's welsh black or wagyu that price was insane!
staff were friendly, competent, and quick but overworked per area.

Abbie was very friendly and welcoming. Fast service and fast refills on drinks. 4 stars as I feel then menu is over priced for what it is. Over £20 for the sesame chicken.

I visited this TGI in August as part of a group and ordered the mac and cheese. I wanted to add the BBQ pulled pork but it was unavailable. I should have had an incling of what was to come when the waitress asked me 3 times if I wanted to change my order...
When the food came I had a large plate of boiled pasta in what can only be described as a weak milk sauce. It was the worst food I've ever ordered from a restaurant or a food sales stall in any shape around the world. I've never had a worse children's meal when my son orders let alone an adult meal. The food was totally tasteless and nothing like Mac and cheese you would expect.
Not to mention the price. At almost £20 it's a real joke. I should have sent it back.
I won't ever visit a TGI again.
Service was ok.
There was almost nobody else in the place (again another sign) but they still make you wait 15 mins for a table.
I hope this will signal the end of the awful chain as I would rather starve in the future!
