Not great. Overpriced for what you get. BOGOF on cocktails with absolute no shorts in stock, end up with something didn?t want and it?s £16. Not sure how that?s BOGOF. No rush to return.

TGI Fridays use to be renowned for value for money. After ordering the cheesey nachos for a starter for £8 you barely got a packet of nachos with little or no cheese, the creamy cajan chicken pasta was cold & greasy with hardly any chicken, I couldn't eat it & sent it back. Chicken fajitas was very disappointing & lacked chicken. TGI Fridays will never have the privilege of me visiting them again & I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

Worst TGI experience I've ever had.15th March around 8pm.Visited here while staying locally.Restaurant was fairly quiet. Server seemed nice to begin with took drink orders and food order then stated if we needed anything else just to ask.That was the last we seen if her for some time. Starters were delivered we both ordered the sesame strips. One arrived with salad in the side and the other with cabbage on the side. Portion wasn't the best either.Then waited for the main course at least 30 mins. No one came by to ask if we wanted more drinks which we did need during the wait. The majority of the servers were all gathered near the kitchen and clearly having a great time at work. While the remainder of the staff were socialising at the bar.Finally the main course arrived from a completely different server and the plates were dumped on the table and the server promptly disappeared again.Without asking if we needed anything else and without even removing the starter plates or empty glasses!!! We were at a small table for 2!Food was completely average. Wings were only just cooked. Celery missing from main. Table service almost non existent to the point where at nearby tables folk were having to get up to go and ask for things.Who ever the manager was on that shift was either not caring about what the staff were up to or perhaps socialising with them too.Shameful tbh. Glad it's not my local TGI Friday's ?

The food was bad and cold, the service was terrible and completely bad and disorganizedYou can't charge that much money for such bad food. I would have eaten better at McDonald's and paid lesspreferably no star

Abbie was a great hostess, very attentive and it made for a calm experience after a long event at the NEC. Would definitely come back.

Only had a short wait for a table on a gig night. Maddy was great, food was delicious and quick. Drinks were really good, thank you

Fabulous brunch! CARA was amazing!! Super attentive and constantly checking everything was okay! Unusual to have such a fabulous waitress! Usually they are miserable/ not bothered but Cara was amazing!!! A huge credit to tho TGI Fridays NEC!!!

We came when the restaurant was full , Saturday evening 8 pm is , amazing food , huge portions, could not even eat all , had take away box , Price is reasonable, Service , Our waitress Dior , she done her best to make sure we have had a great dinner , thank you very much , you are so professional, we would employe you in our restaurant, xxx Have a lovely weekend

My service at TGI Fridays was incredible. Mia went above and beyond with her service and friendly attitude. Popped in for a drink and it was delicious. Will definitely be back for food thanks to the the lovely staff and atmosphere. Thank you to all of the friendly staff who made this experience even more enjoyable
