From day one of moving to the area, the security guy would follow me around every time I went into the store, made for some very uncomfortable shopping. The store could be busy but would always follow me around, despite every single time, I?d go and pay for everything I wanted/needed, yet I never once saw him follow or question people who were blatantly shop lifting. Very strange man.
Good levels of stock usually, clean store, and generally friendly staff other than that dick of a security guy.

I came before the time close I found the door was closed and when I ask the supervisor she told me we close before the time yes she was so rude

Just cheerily asked asked the lovely "Jan" if my scratchcard was in my bag and was told "well if you look you'd see wouldn't you". Dunno who pissed in her cornflakes but this isn't an acceptable level of customer service

The staff are great people just I find Tesco seem to do online offers different to in store I always find £1 different sometimes more

The girl who helped me with my parcel was lovely after a staff member looked at me & ignored me un a wheelchair, queue for tills horrendous & cos of all the wrapping paper shoved on floor by checkouts it was like a minefield trying to negotiate it

Some of the staff will flat out ignore you and the stock is always so low!
It's likely a management issue, not the staff's fault.
Would avoid if possible.

Tesco Express West Heath what a joke! Locking the doors before closing time! Whats the point in having opening & closing times if your not going to stick to them!

Many staff on floor but only one serves till with Airbuds on with Music not Greetings or eye contact to customers , Security Staff repiled that No needed more then one person on tills .Very poor customer service!!! Big chain Tesco's!!!!!

Definitely one of the weirder Tesco.
Seems to always have low stock of everything and the security will follow people around the shop if it's quiet.
