The branch manager Chris was very helpful in giving advice about issues I experienced at the Tesco Store Shirley. l had purchased Apple gift cards which unknown to to me had already been redeemed when trying to redeem the next day. This was a known issue with batches of gift cards as all stores had been notified.
Unfortunately the Shirley store assistant manager denied any knowledge of any gift card issues and was very unhelpful.
Chris is a very friendly, hands on manager who always makes time to talk to me and has great customer service skills.
I have a brain injury which makes me vulnerable.

Good shop? Has everything you need I normally pop down here if other shops are closed etc as it?s opened late.But the security guard who now works at the till, he?s very rude it?s like he don?t wanna be there, no customer service whatsover and takes ages to scan a few items! He?s nasty
