I use this Tesco regularly it?s my local , pleasant staff normally.
Today the girl behind the counter I don?t know her name was rude to me because I said it wasn?t right to have her headphones in and be on a personal call, while there was customer in the store and that she was there to serve customers. I was at the self serve and there was two other customers walking round the store at the time.
I forgot some thing and went back and went to her (headphone still in her ears). Said sorry but it?s rude and she was there to give customer service to all customers. This when she was rude to me.
