I thought it was just me having a hot sweat, I had to buy a usb fan ( maybe that's their reason) You need to sort the air conditioning out, I almost passed out. A member of staff was very helpful she got me a seat and some water.

Just collected my shopping via click and collect, don?t normally write reviews but credit where credit is due the chap had excellent customer service skills, greeted me, was courteous, polite, and wished me a good day when I left. I collected my shopping at 10.30 so you can identify who served me. Well done !!!

I went shopping there with my daughter the shopping experience was ok, did manage to get everything that I wanted but my shopping experience was made very nice by the wonderful lady who served me on checkouts, her name is Michelle (white hijabi lady) she was absolutely amazing. We had a beautiful conversation, she did not rush me and was very polite. I hope this comment goes to her cos she deserves a well done by team leaders! Thank you for a pleasant experience needed that moments especially the day I've had.

Nice supermarket with friendly staff.
On the small side for a Tesco so can't always find everything you would expect or get in the larger branches.

blonde lady on self checkout has major attitude today she shouted at a customer for asking for help yes he shouted hello but he had been stood there for 5 mins and had asked multiple times to be ignored she then went to another colleague and was bragging that she had shouted at him and they were very busy disgusting behaviour

So tesco is great the issue I have is we're customer service is and tobbaco and lottery always a que because u have 2 tesco workers faffing on customer serenity when there a que for lottery etc this is a absolute joke

Very good service. Minus one star as always have back to wall filling up stock or have to leave you to sort out a delivery. Really should be 2 people available where possible.

I have a lovely & pleasant service each time I shop at Tesco the swan. I went into Tesco yesterday on the search for a whiteboard & pen. I struggled to find them on the downstairs floor, so I kindly asked the man to help guide me to the stationary isle, to which he told me is now upstairs. So I was happy to know that I wasn't going to leave the shop empty handed. While on the hunt for this, to my pleasant surprise I found some Pokemon plushies!!! My jaw dropped to the floor with amazement as I am a huge Pokemon fan & have now nicely added two more Pokemon to my collection. I couldn't find the whiteboard & pen so I found another worker to help me out, Hamza showed me where they were. I mean, I was looking in the correct place prior to this, but the only reason why I didn't notice them the first time is because they was upside down ??. Anyhow I didn't let this bother me much due to the careful & considerate nature of staff. So I headed to the self check out to pay, a lovely lady who also works here helped me out as one of the Pokemon wasn't scanning properly, she made me feel comfortable & she was engaged in a quick conversation about Pokemon. I didn't catch her name but this moment was a highlight to my visit to Tesco. Thank you to her & all the staff for being friendly & welcoming.??????????
