Drinks and sandwiches fridge is not working for past 5 months or more always drink are hot sandwiches must be kept in cold condition they not save to eat ....no body cares i have stop going there ...bloody useless

Wow.. what an absolute dump this place is. Haven?t ventured into Brum for ages, but popped in here on the way to the QE.. never again.. woman blatantly shop lifting, filling her bag with Red Bull. Staff don?t give a toss.. I tried to pay for 4 items at self service and waited 5 minutes to get approved for a pack of pork pies.. couldn?t be bothered to wait in the end and walked out. The shop lifter had a better visit than me ??????

I always stop by on my way to work at university and buy lunch at club price. The staff are really friendly and it is bright until late at night, so when I pass by Tesco, I feel relieved for a moment.

Despite 24h service( as claimed at the entrance) went there at 22.00 shop was closed with a note in the window : open Asap"- see photo. I tried to buy some lump wood( from outside)but was told that it's impossible as they will open in 30-40min( probably that is the meaning of ASAP). I am wondering if they would pay my time and fuel to come back.
The customer service was awful and the individual very rude.
If you want to have your day ruined by an uneducated individual...then this is the place to go

Over priced says 24hrs and when go there on nights most weekends shutters are closed with people inside! ? wasted many nights going here trying to find an open store ? ? and it's closed ?

Love this Tesco tbh but got harassed there by some tapped old man he was saying disgusting things to us and the workers did nothing. Even the security said he was ?sorry? as we were walking out but he could have done something as we were very loudly telling this man to leave us alone and everyone could hear ??
