Lots of out of date products. Even some in date are stale and mouldy because the food isn't kept correctly. This isn't Tesco, it's just an average corner shop. Avoid.

Terrible went to get some ice freezer was broken only had a tiny freezer running and the lady didn't even check for any ice in the back like they won't have any to store products, and she sucked her teeth at me..

So I've just been into Tesco at six ways, had dirty looks from some staff members like I'm some weird nerd? Then as I've gone to the till (self service wasn't working) Abdul decides NOT to serve me while he was staring at his phone and goes to the till, bangs it and then fixes the error and looks back on his phone. Rude. Customer. Service

tesco erdington sixways is not safe for family and kids ,shoplifters taking what ever they want and staff feeling helpless
store manager and the whole tesco brand name have to do something, frankly its just matter of time that someone get hurts (staff or customer )
I will never advise anyone to go shopping there

Love this tesco most of the staff are really friendly prices are more expensive then the tesco extra, but that's the price you pay for convenience

I have shopped here for 5yrs I Speak to all the staff who I find very friendly I say hello to the security who always says hello back Today 03/11/23 I queued to pay for my goods Only to have a assistant by the name of Pauline discriminate me then tried to bully me telling me She?s not serving me as she doesn?t like me I don?t like her either but I didn?t start anything she did She is The rudest shop assistant I have ever come across Howdare you lie about me in front of many staff and customers saying every time I come to the shop I cause trouble Complained to Manager whom I Hope will send her to adult learning to learn manners and customer service Gave 4 stars only because the rest of the staff are very friendly
