One of my favourite Tesco branches! It was the closest grocery store to where I lived, and I did all my shopping there for four years. I have so many memories tied to this place. Plus, it?s one of the few stores that stays open until midnight, which was always super convenient.

Mostly you get good service.
Good selection of items most days.
Shop staff and most of the security team really helpful.
Opening times are handy too.

Very disappointing service and poor management of bakery section
I used to rely on this Tesco Express for fresh bakery items early in the morning. They were usually ready before 6:30am, which was great for morning customers. However, over the past few months, this has gone downhill. First the bakery time was delayed to 7:00am or even 7:30am. Now, I went in at 8:15am and still?no bakery items available.
This is unacceptable, especially considering bakery items are a key part of the breakfast rush and also part of the meal deal. To make things worse, there was no clear communication, no alternatives offered, and the staff showed no concern. This is a big contrast to other Tesco Express stores I've visited, where service is far more efficient.
Very poor service and disappointing attitude. Tesco needs to seriously review how this store is being managed.

It's been more than 10 days since the store opened and the company hasn't got the time to change it's misleading information posted outside the store (Broad Street, Birmingham) regarding the time of store operations. The store refused to open doors at 6 am while it is written on the board outside that it is open 6 am to 10pm.

I have purchased at least £10,000 worth of goods from this Tesco. I have been living in the 'Skyline' apartments above the Tesco for two years. It?s fine that the staff don?t recognize me as a major customer. However, on Christmas Eve, I went to the front desk to buy some ribs and potatoes. Even though the bank had deducted the payment, I showed them the proof. They still claimed I hadn?t paid and forced me to pay again. When I refused, they spoke to me with a very contemptuous tone, saying, 'You can take it, beggar.' Never shop at the front desk.Because the staff at this store are poorly trained, arrogant, and racism?

was trying to drop a parcel here, and didnt how to use the label machine. Apparently the machine is quiet fragile that we're suppose to touch it nicely, or the security will come to u being all condescending n rude. Dont know if its my skincolor but he was less harsh with the dark-skined person behind me who also didnt know how to use that machine. I dont buy from this brokeass store anyways, but if your precious label machine cant endure it, cancel this service, there r lots of place to ship stuff without tending to the feeling of the machine or the security guard! Tesco remember the customers are the ones spending money here!
