Absolutely unacceptable. This store shuts its doors a good 20 minutes before the official closing time EVERY day. What?s the point of advertising hours if you ignore them? Customers rely on those times, and it?s incredibly frustrating to waste a trip only to find the staff already locking up early. Either stick to your hours or change the sign! Even in the picture it?s shows 11 pm
I think they clock run faster than the normal clock ??

Just a quick thing tesco is suppose to be closed at ?11? i understand these guys closing 5 mins early but they close the gates 15 mins before 11 which is so disappointing. Once a while its understandable but they close 15 mins early every day which is not fair the security guy is also so rude he just shuts the door infront of customers and its just not 1 or 2 customers waiting but more than 5 customers requesting to open and security and staff doesn?t care. Thats so bad

I arrived at Tesco at 10:40pm and they wouldn't let me in because they said they close at 11. I said I would just get eggs and leave and still wasn't allowed in. I suggest you change the opening time on Google as they aren't actually open until 11pm.

This tesco is absolutely rubbish. Staff are always slow on the till. Staff seem lazy to help customers.

5 years every day and it just gets worse! The guy today couldn't hold the scanner his eyes were closed and he couldn't talk this is the same when seeing him it's funny but he's not safe to work with the public any other time it's 5 minutes wait for a worker to turn up at the till and the security tuts at you if called away from his tiktok it's very comical but also a joke it's like it's run by clowns

Probably the worst place to do shopping in Birmingham, I?ve got bullied and treated by other customer and the security guard when seems to be useless, when he sees the guy that was agresive he went to hide and when I?ve started to call the security, the security guard came and asked me to leave it, because the guy was bigger than both of us. That is pathetic

Super poor customer service. They close at 22:50pm, even explaining we only need to shop 1 minute, they not allowing customers in even customers are queuing outside. The worst experience ever, don't ever visit this store.
