I had a very disappointing experience at this store. I went to buy some drinks that were listed under the Clubcard price, and as usual, I showed a clear photo of my Clubcard (which has always been accepted without issue). However, the staff member at the till a heavyset gentleman , refused to apply the discount, insisting that only a physical card is allowed.
He stated, quite abruptly, ?This is the last time you can pay the Clubcard price,? but then proceeded to
charge me the full amount anyway. There was zero customer service offered , no explanation, no help, just rudeness. I?ve been using this method for a long time without any problem, so the sudden refusal without warning or courtesy was extremely frustrating.
Very poor service overall. This kind of treatment makes loyal customers feel unvalued.

My main issue was with one of the security guards. I came into the shop looking for some snacks but there was nothing I liked. As I tried to leave the store, this guy aggressively stopped me and started grabbing my pockets forcing me to take out my belongings without my consent. He also gave me extremely dirty looks and refused to apologise for his unprofessional conduct.
I did absolutely nothing to warrant this behaviour because I did not harass anyone nor did I display any suspicious behaviour. I refuse to come here again.

Some male worker was interrogating a young female customer at self scan on if she?s a student, what she did in her day, where she works. She was very uncomfortable and said ?I have to go, my train is soon.? I asked her after, she didn?t know him.

I tried to cash in my winning scratchcard but the woman said not working don?t know why it not working the lottery machine it sometimes never works thier need to fix it I was angry at the woman with the black headscarf on

Came in the other day before work there was a bald Asian guy standing by the entrance was very unprofessional he wasn?t a guard I believe his a manager. Looked pissed off didn?t even greet me at door it?s like his being forced to work happens quite often with him. normally the guards on duty are very cheerful. I think your in the wrong line of work mate will be taking this further

it?s absolutely terrible how understaffed they are during the morning rush. there was only woman on the till who was made to take care of everyone on self service and everyone on the till. either management must be awful in this place to think that this is acceptable or the other staff were hiding, either way they need more staff on the floor. i am now running late for work due to the fact that the lady on the floor was overworked and they can?t have more staff on the floor.

Just went in to buy 4 cans of lager on my way home and refused as I used a gift card. I go into this place once or twice a week and use my gist card and no problem. But this idiot on tne till refused and called the idiot manager who backed him up. It?s a GIFT CARD NOT A VOUCHER?.learn your job before making up rules
