Usually, I don?t like to give negative feedback, but I was genuinely shocked by your colleague?s rudeness when he called me ?chick.? When I reacted, he said, ?Should I call you love?? This is not appropriate. I am not ?chick? or ?love? to you, and I don?t appreciate being addressed with such nicknames.
All customers should be treated with professionalism and respect?please ensure your staff avoid using terms like ?chick? or ?love? when addressing guests.

Only realised when I got home only 1 lightbulb in my box of 2 and no way for me to contact tesco as I was just visiting. I reached out to Tesco they offered me a voucher but nothing came to inbox.

I use this store to pick up my parcels from and the customer service has always been friendly and attentive. Good range of snacks. 4 stars because I found the customer service to be a bit slow.

Update:
Still no bakery and coffee machine not working by 8am, so I went to Sainsbury?s next to it. Everything is available there.
At 8am this morning, no bakery items, Costa coffee not ready, when office workers want to purchase their breakfast but cant. This has happened several times, disappointed.

I have been to this store many times let me start by saying how amazing the staff are always helping smiling and asking how your day was i don't see this anywhere else it makes shopping there such a pleasure please hand back my feedback to the fantastic staff and please if you can give them a pat on the back and a little treat they are a credit to your store.

Conveniently placed Tesco with a good selection for a small store but the self checkout scanners always take minutes to accept your clubcard it?s so hard to get them to scan!

Colmore Row. Busy at lunchtimes during the week. Plenty of self service tills (card only) or manned tills (can use cash or card). Go regularly from work.

Pathetic Shop, it's and Evri returns drop off location but their print is always out of order. And the first thing they ask you is that do you have the QR scan printed with you.

Evri machine never works! Get told to go to tesco metro by the station but they don't have an Evri parcelshop, so frustrating

Standard Tesco express has a good selection of meal deals for lunch. Shop was clean and tidy considering it was busy with people getting lunch.

Self serve machines are awful at scanning clubcards on smartphones.
Edit: Clubcard app had logged me out, staff seemed trying to rush me through despite me trying to log back in.

Cold coffee drinks now next to the sandwiches. Some self service tills not in use (all card only now). Can use cash at the manned tills. Long queues at lunchtime.
