I had a very disappointing experience here. One of the staff there, tall with curly hair, treated me very rudely, raised their voices at me for no reason, and did not give me a chance to talk. Instead of offering proper service, they ganged up on me with the manager and made me feel very unwelcome. This is not the way customers should be treated.

Work near there. Bit overpriced but Staff are helpful. Especially Marie who works on the till at early morning. Always helpful and friendly.

Without a shadow of a doubt the bottom of the barrel, all staff just sit on their phone and barely acknowledge anyone. Better off going hungry cause the shops never stocked anyway

Store closes at 11pm was there before the store closed and got kicked out before simply even being able to pay for anything, poor customer service, rude staff

They shut 30 mins before closing and refused to let me in so I couldn't feed my children. Staff were very rude and let other people in but not me.

Extremely rude member of staff on the self checkouts she asked me for ID for an energy drink, i?m 27 years old when I explained she said ?that?s the rules? stormed off and stood there texting on her mobile phone. Terrible customer service not even an apology.

I am from South Asia and studying at Aston University. I frequently use the university express Tesco to buy things. Today, while at the counter, I asked the cashier politely, "Can I get 'that'?" He looked at me and responded, "Please!?" I was taken aback and reiterated, "Please." The cashier seemed to be trying to teach me manners with his tone and expression. When he asked if I needed a receipt, and I said "Yes," he replied with "Please?" and made a face that seemed to convey a racist attitude. I felt as though the Tesco staff at the counter were displaying racist behavior. This incident has negatively affected my mental health. I am unsure of how to file a complaint, but I am willing to provide the receipt to anyone investigating the behavior of the Tesco counter staff at that time.

Should have closed 11pm, but refused entry at 10:50pm, even though I just wanted to buy period products because I literally just got my period, which I also told the security man...just rude and disrespectful.

Was a good Shop while at uni. Until the cashier said that I was too fat to be the person on my driver?s licence. I was so flustered I almost left the shop with a full bag of shopping that I hadn?t paid for. It was quite a shock for someone to say that to me. And now I don?t go there because I don?t want to be reminded of that embarrassing and upsetting experience.
