I had a terrible experience with with the security man Ameer .. I went to the front desk asked the lady if I could have the disability trolley because I have learning disabilities a heart condition and I just had to brain surgery that day. The lady on the front desk at customer service said yes so I took it walked past the security guard and he basically ran after me for the store and confronted me with angry eyes and angry demeanour. I had to tell the security man to step back because I thought he was going to hurt me I told him I have learning disabilities And classes disabled and he basically ignored it. Continue to have a go at me and tell telling me that?s his job and I told him to leave me alone and then he threatened me and said that I best be good inside the store or else or else what was he gonna do? Attack me? I have contacted Tesco customer services about this. This isn?t the first time I?ve been targeted inside the same Tesco but by a different security man the manager pretended to help me by giving me head office?s number but gave me the wrong number and also had a smirk on his face when I was telling him that I thought the security man was about to assaulted me and tried to challenge my disability. I about broke down crying and the narcissist security man ignored the lady on the front desk where she was trying to tell him that she gave me authority to use the trolley and he just ignored it his ego out of control. AMEER NEEDS SACKING

Was at Aston lane Tesco today and was abit confused so and employee called Habib offered me assistance and went out his way to restock the empty Tesco brand puff pastry on the shelf which I?m very grateful for. Customer service was 10/10 and I will definitely be coming back thank you
