These people don?t know how to string a badminton racket. Please don?t go there. It?s too costly as well. They put the strings without putting sleeves and they explained that it will break easily because there is no sleeves. Terrible experience. They don?t even know they are about to put the sleeves on the racket when they do strings ..

After less than 3 weeks and perhaps 2-3 times wearing shoes I ordered from Sutton Sports the sole completely broke off. I contacted the company and they said they can pay 25% which is a joke (shoes cost around £25 and I spent almost £10 on the glue which didn?t help anyway).I politely responded that?s not ok, and I received an email that they WITHDRAW the offer.So not only now I have broken shoes that I had to pay for, but also paid for glue to stick them.I never met with such scandalous behavior and customer treatment.

I bought a tennis bag via Amazon. It got lost in the post. When I contacted Sutton Sports they were very apologetic, not that it was their fault, but they sent me another one of immediately which I received the next day.. very impressed with the service. Thankyou.

Great sportswear shop with a wide selection of products, clothing and equipment. Staff are friendly and helpful. Prices are reasonable for the quality of good sold. Great to support a local business, especially when the staff are so knowledgeable.
