There's this one white lady staff red hair that told me abruptly not to open the cupboard when I was just looking for a lipstick that is not in the display. I just cant processed what she said as she's a bit rude! She put me off by buying so just walk off the store. I don't know if these staff have training how to deal with customers properly!

Never in my life will I go to this Superdrug again. The staff is very rude and inefficient, I was in a rush as I was being extremely late to an event due to traffic during peak hours and I only had to buy a single product. There was a girl whose student discount was not working and they spend a good 4 minutes trying to figure it out. I asked if I could just pay for my product very quickly and then leave as I was in an imense rush and Amelia, the girl at the till said she?s too busy serving someone, in the most disgusting way possible. Worst staff I?ve ever seen, hopefully she gets fired.

Showed up TEN minutes before closing and the workers inside saw me outside and HID, actually HID from me behind the medicines, i can?t believe what i?ve just seen and experienced, the workers doing it were a brown woman with glasses, and another woman with dark red hair

This review is for the pharmacy. They found my prescription and gave it to me in 2 mins. At Boots this would have lasted 15 mins if I was lucky

Useless. Offer a blister pack recycling service but refuse to accept blister packs for recycling.

Been to this shop few times since I work at the local hospital there. The shop is well stock and in the convenient location. This time was a different rude awakening experience. The entire 15 mins I was there looking for some makeups, one of the girls stood there watching me. At one point she told me to not try to break the seal of a face powder (I didnt!). I must fit into certain 'profiles to watch on' and decided to pick up one item to cashier and leave. Next time better go to Boots across the road.

First time here as I usually shop at Boots. It will be my last time too. It's no coincidence that a lot of reviews here mention rude staff. Very true!They let the name down.

Rude staff. Staff said 5:30pm shuts, but the website and Google information say 6pm closing. Staff ignores requests for assistance, is not willing to speak properly, and is not willing to help. just being rude and trying to kick everyone out. The manager needs to retrain everyone in customer service. This is the worst store I HAVE EVER BEEN TO.
