I just want to give a big shoutout to Amira and Emily for being such an incredible asset to their team. Every time I?ve visited, they?ve both greeted me with a warm smile and a genuinely friendly attitude. Their customer service skills are outstanding ? always professional, polite, and willing to help with anything. It?s clear they take pride in what they do, and it really makes a difference in the overall experience. Keep up the amazing work!

I visited the Kings Heath Superdrug store with my elderly mother, and unfortunately, we received no assistance whatsoever. We were searching for an item, but the staff showed no interest in helping us. In the end, we had to find it ourselves, and there was only one left on the shelf.
Both staff members were Asian women?one with a lot of makeup and the other stationed at the counter. The attitude at the till was appalling. The cashier was dismissive and rude, and I overheard one of them say, "I can?t be bothered, man," which was shocking and unprofessional.
Superdrug, please take this feedback into consideration and hire staff who are willing to provide helpful and courteous customer service. It?s unfortunate that this experience happened at my local Kings Heath store, and I hope you address these concerns to improve customer satisfaction.

Absolutely zero customer service, I was trying to ask in regards to a product but they were more busy to talk and laugh between themselves. Finally when I got someone's attention she looked not really happy that disturbed her, please take in consideration the shop was empty. Another staff just chilling on her phone just at the entrance saying "hi" and "thanks" but not even looking at the customers. Not impressed at all

The customer service is absolutely disgusting, from staff an to management. You as a customer ask for help an they struggle to do that!, got served at the till an no Hi or bye (shocking). Seen how they ganged up on a customer an the manager told the customer she was "stupid", its not the customers fault ur employees are not mature enough to be working. Bad attitude and bad vibes, wont be going in there again!

Visited store earlier today with my husband. We were both deafened by the ridiculously loud music that was playing. It was really uncomfortable and meant we just couldn't focus on what we had gone in for. Also is it the job of the Asian lady standing at the door to continually stare at customers? It made us feel very uncomfortable. The pleasant young lady at the till was the only positive about the visit. I won't be going back there again.

Terrible customer service.Honestly disappointed with the lack of customer service, no people skills, horrible communication skills and staff that have an attitude for no reason. Totally understand that work isn?t always enjoyable but no reason to take it out on customers.

Arrogant staff. Avoid this branch. Especially if you come across Margaret?? claiming she worked for the brand for over 30 years doesn?t give her right to be arrogant?.. very sad??.

Pretty bad.The store is well stocked and merchandised, but the staff are terrible when it comes to service. They wander around the store singing, which I guess it OK, but this afternoon it took four members of staff, including the manager maybe (Tasha?) to try and work out how to do a refund for a guy who was returning something that was bought with the 'buy one get one half price' offer, which was frustrating enough as they'd allowed him to jump in front of me.A queue began to form behind me with other customers questioning if everything was alright. After this I asked if one of them could serve me. Begrudgingly, one staff member moved to another till and, with no sense of urgency, proceeded to clear the till area of various detritus, though missing a bottle of cleaning spray in front of the card machine.I told her I was there to collect an order. She shuffled around for some hand held device. Upon retrieving it, she leant against the counter and looked at me silent and expectant.I looked back.Nothing."Err...?" was all I could muster, unsure how to proceed."I'm ready for your order number." She told me."Oh, right, you didn't say that."I read her the number, she found the box and gave it me. She scanned the one item I'd retained, having decanted the rest of the items through annoyance. I move the cleaning product, paid and walked to the door. The security alarm went off. I paused momentarily, then left.I won't go here again. I don't have the patience. No wonder the high street is dying.Selly Oak Superdrug is so much better for service.

@ Kylie Emma hello this is the ?the black girl ? your referring to I can tell you that me and my Yemen friend ?Asian girl? get positive reviews all day everyday and I?m abit disheartened about this review you have on me as I always give every customer ever the out of order ones 100% respect and kindness and I have never been aggressive towards anyone as I was brought up with manners ! , which is why I am abit confused as to why you?ve called me aggressive I?ve never been aggressive to anyone just not in my blood and if you would like to contract or come in to the store again I?ll gladly show you my respect and kindness. Which I get compliments on my people skills .And my team leader ?asian girl ? had to one of the best team leader the store has had in a long time which her patience?s and kindness to customers is real .Which I don?t understand is why most of your reviews are negative and I don?t not appreciate you saying are we on the spectrum this is quite rude as to I have a sibling which is on the spectrum and I don?t appreciate that language.Kind regardsShayaSale adviser .
