Rude workers. I asked one where an item was after trying to look for it on my own, and she stormed over, pointed at it and stormed off. Didn?t say a word, she just looked angry at me. Such a hostile environment at this branch. Never coming back

Used to be a pleasure going in and browsing. Unfortunately, the shop assistants treat you like a shop lifter and it's no longer pleasant going in. I avoid it at all costs now.
Update: was desperate for something so had no choice but to go in. There's a black shop assistant there with headpiece on and false eyelashes. Her customer service skills leave a lot to be desired. Attitude problem

A good range of products, reasonable prices, open later than Boots, which was a bonus for us. Ideal to grab a umbrella from. They had a range of prices from £5.99, £6.99 to £9.99 they are position by the door ideal to solve the problem of a English weather, heavy downfall.
Birmingham is great place to shop. We would definitely return.

I've been in superdrug to look at couple bits I was looking to purchase and a worker asked me as I walked in if I need help the usual then she had come to me the second time to ask that again in a different tone like she thinks that I will be stealing and I was keep looking at different stuff and she comes the third time and made very uncomfortable for reference I was wearing a black coat and a hand bag I was not intending to steal anything this mare my experience really negative and will not be visiting again

Good place to get your blood test, though the sample is collected here, but you have to post your blood sample yourself to another lab for analysis.

Incompetent staffNot for the first time I have been stood in a line of two customers for what seems like an eternity with not one acknowledgement from the three members of staff it absolutely required to attend to the one customer in fronts queryI had severe pain and had come down from my place of work where im a mangaer wearing a radio headset and one of the jokers decided that at the age of 35 I needed I.dingWhen I explained that I didn't have I.d and didn't need one at 35 your other staff member who seemed decided the information wasn't relevant while the other one giggled awayClearly a supervisor with experience needs to be in attendance to supervise what amounts to a couple of schoolkids with no common sense or mannersI left incredibly aggravated and gave them a few well deserved choice words they more than deserved

Very cramped and cluttered, the prices are on the expensive side. Shelves not being replaced quickly enough.One particular girl just kept smiling when asked about a particular item which i didn't find amusing at all, because it was very irritating as i wanted to her to know that i was a serious customer not some joker off the street.She served me at the till with another girl standing besides her who found it very difficult to smile and just gave me a nasty side look for asking for a receipt when served just before i left the store.NOT a great welcoming experience for a 1st time customer!

Got gel nail extensions done here and 4 days later one ripped off. Went to get it sorted and the girl doing the fix did things completely differently (and although I'm no expert, wrong!). She stuck the extension on the whole nail not just the tip, and used BIAB over the top. It's bumpy to touch and view, and a totally different length to the one it should be matching! Had to pay for the fix even though I only got them done 4 days prior and a nail should NOT have just pulled off in that time frame.\\n\\nAlso got my eyebrows threaded and tinted (even though I asked for waxing) and the woman made one brow significantly thinner than the other?!

Had full set of gel extensions done and never again at this branch! After 3 hours, I was in a lot of pain with one finger bleeding and then within 4 days they started popping off! Only went here as my nearest store couldn?t fit me in. Went to the Fort branch and showed them to Phoebe who said that I shouldn?t have been allowed to leave the store with them looking that bad. I?ll stick with their branch at the Fort in future.

Very disappointed with a set of gel nails that chipped literally 5 minutes out of the store. The staff couldn?t offer any nail art despite advertising it on their website and their set up was lacking - having me lay down on a bed to have my toes painted so I couldn?t see them until the end. Money wasted.
