Ok...Caution - Harsh employees in the shop.
I would give 0 stars if I could.
What happened?
I was with my family in the shop, my nephew was playing with his mom. It was cute, so I took a picture of him. A rude worker came and she was yelling at me, not to take pictures inside the shop. I was shocked to see her angry reaction.
What should have been the case?
She should have asked me politely. Firstly, there was no sign in front of me that's says no phones inside. I can see several people sending photos and doing snapshots inside the shop.
Kind request to the management. Please take some action against this rude customer care behaviours. As it will affect your brand name. I was shopping on 26th June, 5:45pm.

I always have a good trip to this store, the staff are so lovely and warm. Extra thanks to Sumaiya and Nishat for always being so welcoming and accommodating :) If you need help with selecting scents or finding flattering colours I recommend you speak to these lovely ladies

I was told to get out when I was waiting by the door with a trolley for my daughter who was next in line at the till The staff are absolutely rude!! The cashier called the rest of the staff to get me out they thought that would intimidate me to leave! No flipping sign in the window to say trolleys not allowed. P.S I use the trolley for support to walk has I have a illness. Shortly after they allowed another customer with kids to be in the store with a trolley! Talk about taking the biscuit!! I made a formal complaint and they wrote back saying our staff was not rude. What a bloody JOKE !

I went in today and i had a very pleasant experience, employees are nice, welcoming and helpful. I wanted to take a moment to share my experience with Pim. A good place to get general beauty and skincare essentials. Often has some good promotional deals and the superdrug own brand is really good quality. However, I don't always find the staff that helpful or friendly, which puts me off from asking, and sometimes it gets busy and we could do with more than one till opening. The main thing that puts me off is the security guard that is normally there (not necessarily the same one) has followed me around and kept staring, making me feel suspicious and as though I'm a criminal. He should be less obvious about what he's doing!
