I found Booking an appointment with them is fairly easy. I was called in for the service on time. My stylist gave me her recommendations on what would look best on me based on my hair type. Will definitely come back again ! Thanks guys

I would like to thank Bass Chan for today?s service. I had a wash, cut and blowdry. It was hands down the best haircut I have ever had in my life. He put so much effort into dividing my hair, cutting and making sure everything was sitting right before I left. It?s nice to see someone take good care and pride in their work. I asked for a wet haircut & blowdry but for some reason, the guy doing my hair completely blanked me. I did ask again for that cut but he seemed to be set on doing a dry cut and didn?t reply back whenever I asked about a wet cut. I was pleased with the cut though even though he didn?t follow my instructions.

I visited supercuts Grand central branch to get a new hair cut and a new style, and I cannot recommend this place enough! I got served by Momina and I couldn?t wish for a better hair dresser! She is so knowledgeable, professional and thorough with her craft! I highly recommend that you go and visit this place and ask for Momina, she?s is simply amazing!!!!!!!! Komaldeep Kaur

The service was great and I was really pleased with my hair cut, customer service was great.However, I would like to point out that there should be some sort of zero tolerance policy in place for staff members. I witnessed an encounter between a customer and member of staff which was very uncomfortable for others to witness.The member of staff was very polite and handled the situation professionally despite the customer being rude and disrespectful.As mentioned above I feel that something should be put in place that protects staff from this sort of behaviour.Again great service as always!Services: Shampoo & conditioning

I popped in here yesterday after having a disastrous hair cut with my own local hairdresser. I explained to the hairdresser that I wanted my hair neatened up and she was amazing! She did exactly as I asked and took the time to explain to me how to manage my new style. Although I live in Wales I will travel back here again next time I want my hair cut. She is a a wonder!

I had to wait 75 minutes after receiving the "ready for you" message, after joining the queue online. Basically, I had to wait 2 hours since I joined the queue online until I sat in the chair. When I arrived to the hairdresser, there were some people sat, waiting for a haircut, who hadn't been advised that they had to join the queue online to have a haircut. When I arrived, they were told they had to wait even more. They finally had to leave.

Such a terrible experience. Took my 3 year old for her first haircut. The hairstylist was so patronising. Telling my daughter off for not keeping her head up. Or a certain way. I reminded her that she was only 3 and not comfortable with strangers but she ended telling my daughter off ?keep your head up ?sweetie? my colour clients hair is ready to washed if you don?t hurry i will have to leave you on this chair and go back to my client? honestly she was so mean and i was so gobsmacked i wish i didn?t waste £20.95 on a 15 minute haircut.Service: Kids' cuts

I needed some pampering yesterday and found this place in Grand Central Station. It was a short wait until the next appointment and I was welcome warmly. The shampooing felt so relaxing I nearly fell asleep. I had Hana do my hair and she was delightful company for me as a first time client. I explained I?d come from South Wales to return a library book. I?ll be coming back for my next appointment because Hana is a talented stylist who brings the best out in my hair. Thank you so much and see you next time :)

Shocking customer service... Blond lady with chin length haircut that works there was very rude, wasn't listening what I was saying to her. She let 2 people before me for haircut (that she personally did) even though they came in after me. It was over an hour when she finally decided to do my haircut. She wanted to do shampoo & blow dry after, and was very unhappy when I insisted for only haircut as I didn't have much time left (also asked for a haircut at the beginning, not for other services). Then she told me that with haircut only she's allowed to chop off only an inch of hair - can't see that info on your website?? All experience was just weird, I felt like I was a problem for her and she was almost offended when I refused to have other things done except for a haircut. I know you all struggle and need clients and their money, but come on!!! A bit of respect for other people won't kill you...

It was my first time at Supercuts, I visited after a recommendation from my sister. Was hesitant because of the reviews, however, I had an amazing service from Hana!! She washed, cut and styled my hair and also thinned it for me!! Was professional and friendly too! Definitely will be going back.

Not a typical post, but I don't want anyone to experience anything akin to me. The whole experience, from pre and during service was absolutely awful. I came in for a skin test, after advising of wanting a full head of balayage colour, layer cut and blow dry. I later booked my appt with Hanna, also to be done by Hanna the following Tuesday, happily paying £90 deposit. Monday pm Hanna called and said she doesn't know why someone booked the appt as she has a meeting, I told her SHE booked it, and that I couldn't change anything as I was leaving for my sister's wedding Wednesday am. After a long silent pause, she said she'd continue the appt. My appt was 10am, and Hanna didn't take me in until 10.30am. She asked for pics, I showed her how light my hair has previously been and said I didn't want this but my hair takes colour easily (as indicated by a bleach sample hair test after only 60mins, done the same day as skin test). I then showed her what I wanted and she said it wouldn't be achieved, to which I showed her an alternative and she said that's perfect and entirely achievable (balayage ashy brown ends with dark brown roots). I also showed her how I wanted my curly hair cut (after listening to everyone say how lovely my curly hair was), along with a short video showing the layers. I was in the salon for 6hrs, expecting only to be in for a max of 4. Bleach was left in my hair for over 2hrs, AFTER I had to call for Hanna, expressing concern for my hair, to which she said "just 1 more minute, we'll wash and not to worry I'm in good hands". My hair was washed, she toned it, and asked if I wanted a sneak peak. Luckily I said yes, and she showed me a complete ice platinum grey, and I said that's absolutely NOT the colour I wanted, and she'd said another darker blonde was not achievable. She proceeded to re-tone my hair (a mere 5mins), washed and then took me back in the chair. After towel dabbing, she then said my hair was turning green and she wanted to tone again!!! So we re-toned for a third time, and then went back into the chair... After CLEARLY seeing what my curls were like at the start, and asking me what products I used (I repeatedly said I used olaplex, followed by a good amount of curl cream and gel mixed together, applied with prayer hands, scrunching and then air dryed), to which Hanna proceeded to brush, brush and brush my hair, spray barely any 'hair rescue product' in (NO, repeat NO other product), cut one layer in, said 'yeahhhh, your hair's very frizzy" and that we were done!!!! I then said no only one layer has been cut in, not layers. I also said that there's no product in my hair, it's getting dry and brushed constantly, so she went and got some hair cream and applied that!!!! Ironically, another girl with long curly hair, EXACTLY the same as mine, was in and having her hair cut and I said "look at all those layers being cut in", to which she said that "her curls were completely different to mine"... After a pause, I told Hanna she's wrong and our curls were exactly the same! She huffed and tried to cut in more layers, after which point I said to stop and that I didn't want my hair dryed I just wanted to leave. I paid another £135, after purchasing olaplex and a Wella toner conditioner, STRONGLY advised by Hanna, which she should've given me complimentary after RUINING my hair for my sister's wedding!!!! I will never return here, even if I was paid for it!!!Services: Shampoo & conditioning

I went for pixie cut and explained how i was looking for and showed the my picture of the same. She looked at it for a moment and started to chop. I said the partition is wrong..she said that she is aware and started to be rude. And finally, the right side was fully chopped short and asked her it's too short and said i am sorry we can't fix now. And again she started to cut. I said it's enough of cutting. The rude behaviour and doesn't even felt sorry for making customer pathetic. And the other colleague of her said oh u look beautiful after she explained that she chopped so much. Never ever again. Had my hair cut. Washed, and blow dried yesterday and it was lovely! She listened to everything and was very polite. She offered me some spray to help with my hair and took her Time with m despite the salon being busy, she did an amazing job!
