Worst customer service i have ever exeprienced
Hijabi woman was utterly rude when asked for different options - no people skills what so ever the whole experience was absolute pants
Manager also denied NHS discount which i have used at every other subway i have been to but seemed to be an issue at this branch also said there was a 3 sauce limit? never heard of this before
Staff need some serious training+customer skills

Me & my friend Dave are now a big fan of this Subway Hallgreen.
The store manager Muslim khan doing exceptionally good here. His customer service is great, friendly and the interior is very calm and cosy. Whomever reading this, please visit at least once this Subway to believe me

I went to sub way on the 20th June 2024 at 11.34 am till 12.03 pm.
There is currently 50% off a footlong offer which is the reason I went in there. This offer was available on my phone. The member of staff serving said we had to show the offer at the checkout till.
After ordering my food and going to pay, the bar code on the app was not working. The manager on duty did not offer any solution to this problem. In the end as we could not resolve this issue I decided to leave. The manager was very unprofessional and very rude she Said get out and don't come back. As I got to the door she muttered under her breath "fxcking bxstard". I heard this and I confronted her and she immediately denied it. I asked her simply what was the need to swear at me?? It wasn't my fault the app wasn't working.
I told her that I will raise a formal complaint she went in the back and took off her manager badge and when she returned she refused to give me her name or contact details for complaints department. I asked for the details of the franchise owner however she refused
I have been coming to subway for a long time but I have never experienced such appalling customer service ever.
I would request that the franchise owner contacts me so that we can resolve this issue.
I have been left with no choice but to publicly post my experience at the hall green subway on Stratford road.
I would not want anyone else to be treated in this manner.

Rude customer service. Ordered a nachos sub but they didn't have any nachos. Wait time was too long. They placed my food on the side , they went to the back of the kitchen area to chat. When they offered me my meal there was no drink because the drinks machine was out of order. They made me pay an extra 30p for a drink that should have been free with the meal deal. Very unprofessional behaviour. Staff need training on customer service skills. Overall disappointing visit.

Been to many subways however I stopped going to many due to customer service I now come regular to get food for me and my staff at subway hall green whenever we come in we always get a warm welcome from a girl name shweta she knows exactly what we want and always puts a smile on our face. Food is always made fresh once again thank you shweta

Great place to eat close to where I live.Excellent service, nice atmosphere, subway menu caters for everyone.Staff are friendly and polite, I have been. served by Shweta with a happy ?, Great customer service skillsI had the Big Bombay 6 inch on honey and Oat bread.It is halal.Toilet facilities and clean environment

Store is clean and maintained well. Food and meats are always fresh and the chicken tikka in particular is hands down beautiful. Tasty and succulent in its flavour. Kudos to Abdullah the young chap on the counter for the amazing service . Best subway

Young guy working here, doesn?t care about people or the job. Was too interested to leave and meet his friends. Did not give the bread I wanted and then just started cutting through a brown one when I didn?t want that. Rushed me with my options and also when it came to sauces he didn?t listen to what I want or ask me and just threw any sauce on top. Very bad service, will not recommend or visit again, always bad staff here

From someone who use to work in a subway store 6 days a week and still loves a footlong, that was by far the worst experience I have ever had. The women serving me completely ignored all of my requests on the salad, I asked for a tiny bit of sweetcorn as she was taking to her deliveroo driver boyfriend and got the biggest handful of sweetcorn placed in the center of my sandwich, didn?t even spread it out. Not to mention the bread was stale.

To get a subway at 11pm & the salad is all still fresh is great. The bread was a little chewy. The Hall Grèen branch has been refurbished quite nicely, nice atmosphere. Asad & Mariyam were really lovely & friendly. Great service!
