Really struggled to get my order across to staff members. Food is always lukewarm when ordered in store, have to confirm the order nuermous times and check its correct, poor at best

Didn't have the meat or the bread I wanted so I had to get something completely different. When it was time to pay, the lady had forgotten my order and asked me what I got.Sandwich was well done though. Wasn't soggy and leaking like other places, which I liked. Might have been because of the bread substitute though.There was a guy ordering ahead of me, they made him repeat his order over and over and over again and still got it wrong. 3 cookies he said. Why did they try to bag 4?Cookies all looked burnt anyway.Better off going somewhere else.
