I can take poor customer service but what I wont accept is your staff not giving me what i pay for, I ordered a footlong sub and was given half a serving of meat, the server was very sneaky and put 2 half portions of meat on my sub, she achieved this by placing her finger in the spoon so when she scooped the meat it looked full but was only half filled, having worked in the industry running fast food stores I know when I'm being scammed. that's not to mention the 2 tomatoes 4 jalapenos on a footlong, by far the worse sub I have ever ordered as it was empty.

Very sad servings. I always get a salad from subway and I have to say for the price of over £10 for a salad and a drink the portion size was appalling at this branch and overpriced. I could count the sweetcorn pieces on one hand and all other items was as if she was grabbing air out of the boxes.
Go elsewhere guys, other branches are better or get a gourmet salad for the same price elsewhere.

The toilet light turns off after a few minutes, but the sensor is outside the room so you're just kind of pooping in the dark

Usually take so long. Only have 1 person on staff and waiting 15mins for service. Not fast food. Also they don't wear hair nets

I've noticed that since the Asian community have bought out some subways stores they're no longer want to honor your subways points. So no point going to this store if you are a bit low on cash and want to pay for your meal with your points.Plus very rude condescending attitude. Don't speak English in front of their customers so god knows what they're saying about you.

If I could rate this 0 stars I would. Ordered a Footlong sub with all the salad and meatballs which came to £14. On arrival, I opened it to find a squashed, burnt sub with 1 piece of lettuce, 2 pieces of sweetcorn, 2 olives, 2 cucumbers, a piece of pepper, no crispy onions, and the crappiest sprinkle of cheese you?ve ever seen. The meatballs were stone cold. The delivery was prompt and only took 30 mins from ordering to unwrapping so they couldn?t have gone cold in that time. I just can?t believe people can serve this and expect their customers to be happy.I called up the shop as I couldn?t get a refund through UberEats (very difficult process) and a lady answered, listened to my problem then hung up on me. I called back several times, no answer. Eventually leaving it a while and calling back, someone answers. I speak to another lady who says that they always do it properly so next time ask for extra salad! My problem wasn?t the extra salad, it was just having salad in the first place!They then tried to blame UberEats saying it was their fault. I said ?but you make the food?? and they replied ?yes, but we do it properly so don?t know what?s happened?. They then tried to blame them for the temperature of meatballs saying they must have gone cold during delivery.I?m just amazed that food industries as big as Subway can get away with charging £10 for a sandwich and supplying something that?s inedible. I?m appalled at the service and the ignorance towards customers. Working in the industry myself, I wouldn?t dare serve food I wouldn?t want to eat myself and surely wouldn?t speak to customers the way I was spoken to. Avoid at all costs.

They just don?t know how to do breakfast. Sadly the only thing open here at 10am. Gotta be the worst breakfast I?ve had. The guy was on his own too and clearly struggling. No hash browns ?20mins wait? but only got told that when I questioned where my hash browns were that I ordered at the the start.
5 hours later I?m ill, brilliant ?

Stood there for atleast 5-7 minutes waiting to be served one off the woman stafff was too busy taking pots and pans to the back rather than saying I?ll be a moment so in the end I left
