Ordered from subway in Northfield and they forgot my 3x cookies. I telephoned them and they refused to send out my cookies. They insisted that if I want them I'd have to come into the store myself. I do not live local enough to do that. So there's a nice £3.65 down the drain. Rubbish. Oh and my food was made with the absolute least care.

i never usually have a problem with this subway as i come here all the time. but today was horrific service was good but as i was eating my sub i found an ant or a spider in my food crawling round, about half my sub was wasted and they blamed it on the door being open. didn?t do anything about it and didn?t even offer to redo the sub. said they have to keep sweeping the sides of the floor which just proves they don?t have good hygiene in the store and then asked me to show him where it was which i had killed it already and wasn?t about to pick it up off the ground just to show them an insect. absolutely horrendous but other than that the service before i sat down and started eating was ok. but now i?m paranoid about eating the other things i bought which shouldn?t be acceptable.

Could not fault the service. Everything was fresh. My daughter and I had a vegetarian foot long sub between us. Every time we ask for lots of gherkins, it is never a problem. We decided to eat in as it seemed very clean. The only thing lacking is choice of bottled drinks, zero sugar ... There seems to only be diet coke!

Poor customer service from this branch. Absolutely no incentive to appease disappointed customers and try to turn things around - staff demonstrated a patronising tone to try and extort further funds...

I came in store today and i had seen one of the best customer service given by any subway.My hashbrowns was perfectly cooked.Normally Im very picky with my food. But the staff were perfectly fine with it.I recommend everyone to try the sandwiches from this subway it is honestly best in the area.

Absolutely the worst Subway in Birmingham to order from. This place was closed a few years ago because it was terrible and it's no different now it's open again. Several times I've given the benefit of doubt but time and again all the subs arrive with next to nothing on them. And that's even if they get it right. When a 12" sub has about a 3" sub's worth of the world's most miserable fillings vaguely placed around it, it's a truly sad sight to see. And I order for three different people in the household, all with very different topings. NEVER do they get it right and NEVER do you get even close to an amount of ingredients that should not only be standard for all Subway franchises but equal to the prices they charge.Try your luck once and see for yourselves. Just don't be thick like me and keep trying.Use Selly Oak instead, they're a little better. Or if the Bearwood branch will deliver to you, use them. They really deliver a well built sub.To all the bottom feeders at the Northfield branch... May pestilence and the wrath of your sad sad customers befall you with frequency and great haste.
