Worst service ever asked for no cheese got cheese when I questioned them they said they made it so I had to take it after asking for the manager who never appeared I got 2 fresh subs and also the server?s attitude was very unprofessional

They?ve put up the screens to order yourself but don?t even know how to follow the instructions and now you can?t even watch them make it to see if they?re doing it right..waste of money and time. They take so long just trying to read the orders it?s clearly not very efficient

I asked the stuff for empty cup to share the juice with my child as his bottle is so big. They said we are not allowed to. They thought I want to fill from the drink machine

Sandwich was uncooked. Paid £11 for a footlong but staff was very rude. Refused to replace my sugar free drink with a regular drink. Unhygienic staff on the till. Ordered chicken tikka but got 10 chicken pieces in a footlong ? lol. The worst subway of my life. It was a footlong salad sandwich with chicken tikka topping ?

Went to Subway for the first time. Only 3 salads were allowed in the footlong. Didn't enjoy it at all.

This is our local subway but always find issues here!
Issue 1) Our latest one was I was told I could only pick 2 salad options for my £8.30 subway melt. I wanted peppers, red onion and jalapeño. But apparently can only have 2!? Since when has subway limited your toppings!?
Issue 2) They?re also extremely tight with their portions. They?ll pretty much count the sweetcorn and lettuce pieces they put on.
Issue 3) Know those subway deals you get through the door? The website always shows swan centre branch as participating. But you get there and they always say they aren?t in that deal.

Your standard subway, was surprised to find out the meat is halal which you don?t often find that much. Overall average subway experience.
