I understand it?s family franchise business, but looks like the daughter working there just compromise the quality of the sandwiches to reduce the cost of products. Today I?ve got Sub, which had very limited products (vegetables).

Ordered to be delivered. Food was left on the side of the road for us to find! No phone call to advise at location. Phone number on website doesn?t work to chase! Ordered not correct and sandwiches not per order. Terrible service

Used in just eat.
Ordered a 6 inch salad and got a foot long meat sub.
Avoid at all costs PLUS the phone number doesn't work.

READ THE ORDER BEFORE PREPARING IT!!! Since when does Tuna look anything like Turkey \\u0026 Ham?\\n\\nBelieve me - Tuna does not go with Honey Mustard sauce.. epic fail. Looked a mess as well! Wont be using them again. No lunch for me today.. Bin was well happy though.

horrible customer service , I ordered toasted meals they both came freezing and completely wrong , I then called the shop , they then told me to order and pay for another meal in order for me to get my original meal

This subway was absolutely diabolical. I asked for my sandwich to be toasted, it was stone cold. My friend actually managed to get her sandwich toasted, and then it came out dryer than Gandhi's flip flops and without cheese. They got our drinks wrong as well as our sides. The only thing they got right was the cookies. We tried to call them to sort it but it says we dialed an incorrect number. Absolutely atrocious service. Do not recommend. I'd rather get a McDonald's salad. ??My friend is now throwing up because she's eaten a hair that was in her sandwich ?
