As an ex subway store manager I went into subway after a while, 50% off footlong deal ordered steak and cheese dbl meat. Lady serving was brilliant was really trying her best to give excellent service and the gentleman was also very helpful; However the sandwich meat was cold on some parts and warm on some. Excellent service but food quality can improve.

Bit of a long wait to get served then it seemed to take forever to move up the line. Layout of the store isn't great. Not enough room to queue up.

The coupons were not show with clearly instructions. The staff didn?t know clearly the coupons and instructed us wrongly usage.

I used to go in regularly but the food and the service has taken such a dip recently.Never enough staff on during lunch, so they are rushed and hassled. This makes for constant mistakes, not changing gloves between touching meat and bread, not listening to orders and trying to do too many things at once.
It is really hit and miss whether they are going to take care with what they are making or if it is going to be rushed and badly made.

Avoid it! Stale bread, the products taste bad.... we were happy that we didn't get sick....
I asked the guy if the bread was fresh, and he confirmed, unfortunately, when we took the first bites, we were already on the road, so we could not return to refund it ..... the worst subway that we had... ever!

I went in with a few friends, and when making the sandwiches, there was basically zero meat put on. Half a scoop on a 6inch! When asked to add in a little more, we were told it would be an additional £3 charge. I would recommend any other branch. For the price you're paying, all you're getting is bread and sauce
