I went to this cafe on Saturday 14/12 with my daughter for a hot chocolate and the table was left messy by the previous customers.
I asked the girl at the counter to clean the table, she took the dishes but did not clean the table as there were still food splillages left.

Clean premises and quick, efficient service. I did go mid-morning, so I cannot confirm if this is the case during the busy morning rush. Staff greeted me with a smile and got my order correct, which is the minimum I expect.

This Starbucks was the best in the city! As noted at another branch, it took 3 attempts to get my drink order correct despite it being detailed on the cup, but Colmore Row were extremely good each day!
The staff are friendly. If it is busy, expect to wait quite a while to order and then again to receive your drink, but at all times the staff are working hard.
The food was hot and tasty and the location is great. Super clean inside!
Vegetarian options: There are vegetarian food options with clear labels and plant based alternatives for both food and drink.
Wheelchair accessibility: The entrance is all wheelchair accessible and the store is wide open with easy access all around. The bar and payment areas are at a wheelchair accessible height also.

A very clean and well lit Starbucks with one floor of seating, including chairs and sofas. Music was a bit loud so it was a little hard to concentrate on my book!
Accessible bathroom available. Slow service but this store was maybe understaffed. A nice location and easy to find. Not too busy during the week and could be my new go to Starbucks.

Experienced one of the most embarrassing moments of my life, scrubbing coffee off the carpet with them. Bringing four coffee in a paper bag, but sadly, one lid was not completely off.So let me hand the coffee right at that moment! The paper bag couldn't hold the weight any longer and all four cups crashed together onto the carpet, the liquid crashing into all the right places. Nightmare.

We called in for cold drinks prior to having lunch. After the heat of the street Starbucks was a pleasant place to sit and relax. Service was not as quick as it might have been but this was because of a dithering customer who took an inordinate amount of time to order. I admired the patience of the member of staff serving her. However, it would have been better had another member of staff seen the problem and assisted. I enjoyed my iced coffee and the friendliness of the service could not be faultedWheelchair accessibility: The Starbucks outlet in Corporation Street is well spaced and I believe wheelchair users would have no difficulty
