Today, Lizi took my order?wow, what a wonderful experience! She maintained eye contact, smiled, and was incredibly friendly. She also helped me choose from the options available. Despite the café being busy, Parm took her time and crafted an exceptional coffee for me. Thank you both for making my experience so special?it truly made a difference.

Slowest Starbucks ever

I wanna leave a review and hopefully it be sorted. Iam a regular customer at icc Starbucks and what a service I would say, I ordered a drink and all people who was behind me got served before me and I had to wait absolutely ages to get my drink I think it's not fair it happens to me or others. I would give a zero star if I could.

Great place for a drink and plenty of seats. You can actually focus here and work from your laptop as there are seats and sockets.

6.30 pm on Tuesday evening, I know the staff may have wanted to get off home but I think the service I was poor to say the least. Just had an ordinary coffee, there was no milk in the jug on the side to put in it he coffee. Staff were too busy talking to notice that I was hovering waiting to catch their eye to ask one of the 3 staff on the bar ( only serving one other customer) so no excuse for not checking & filling up the milk jug, unfortunately I had to disturb their chat to get some. The cups were filled up so much I couldn?t get hardly any milk in . The coffee was disgusting. The sandwich and small cake we had was however fresh and quite tasty. Not the best Starbucks experience I?ve ever had and in future I?ll give it a miss.

Went in with my daughter who wanted to try a matcha tea for the first time. We had a chat about it to a lovely lady on the till who encouraged my daughter to try it. We went with her suggestion and she made my daughter another sweeter drink incase she didn't like the matcha. Really great personalised service, much appreciated ?

Slow... better to walk 10 mins to Costa order and walk back than to go here.One person making coffee massive queue. Making one drink at a time but multi orders so you get one drink and wait 10 mins for the other one

Top Location at the main street of Birmingham. Pretty small but sitting outside is possible. Personal on that day extremely friendly. Coffee great and expensive as usual

Don't buy food from this place. At least pain au chocolat. The worst one I ever ate in my life. Hard as rock. Not fresh at all.The worst part is that it costs £2.85. If you ever fancy a pain au chocolat, go to tesco.

Utterly disgraceful that this Starbucks doesn't accept cash...it is legal tender and any business that doesn't accept it should be investigated by Trading Standards ..it really is quite unacceptable....

Came in to pick up a mobile-order from the app before work. Waited at the collection point for around 10 minutes, and was not once acknowledged by any of the 4 staff behind the counter. One female staff member continued to call out orders for other customers to collect, made eye contact with me standing there, and then went back to talk to another member of staff while she was making a drink. After roughly 10 minutes I had to shout 'excuse me' across to her to finally be served and received no please or thank you, not even a smile. Staff are very unfriendly and clearly don't care for customers that are waiting. Won't be returning to this particular store as I've received much better service in others.

Always such a welcoming atmosphere, a great place to settle in and get some work done. I was served by Alex and Kayla today who were really helpful and so friendly! The cafe was spotless and the drinks were tasty and well presented.Vegetarian options: Great vegan options
