I had a wonderful experience with the staff at this Starbucks. They were able to accommodate my special requests and Toffee apple muffin was very tasty. I was very happy with my beverage. Shout out to Arun for his help!

Went today to get a small latte as I had 15 mins to spare before my train. I waited till there was only 2 mins till my train was departing. In frustration I had to leave my coffee which so disappointing as I waited almost 15 minutes and £5.60 down the drain. Understandably there was only two members of staff and had few coffees to make however one staff member instead of helping the other staff member making the drinks just stood there watching. Very disappointed with the service and was unable to even ask for a refund of a voucher of how long I waited and still no coffee received.

Famous coffee specialty storeTo the Starbucks store located at the entrance of the exhibition hall.The store almost feels like a simple store.There are a few tables inside the store,It has a few more terrace-like structures outside.Located inside the exhibition hallThere are a lot of customers ordering,It is not made in order of order.Waiting time seems to vary depending on the menu.Especially during crowded timesMenus other than coffee seem to take longer.There are a variety of sandwiches on the breakfast menu.The price is around 5 pounds.Looks like it contains the most meatOrder a sausage sandwich~As shown in the picture, it consists of 4 sausages between buns!!!It's just a sausage-flavored sandwich.Personally, I like Korean sausage better.Of course, it doesn't taste good at first, butThe more you eat, the better you get!Just try it for experience~Still, it seems to be quite a popular menu item in the UK.The Frappuccino menu is a bit sweeter than expected.I feel like the latte is a bit better.A store where you feel like picking up money.

Considering how many people walking through the doors of the NEC want a coffee, I think they do very well.Very busy today but they still managed to create a nice flat white in a reasonable time.
