Drive through was closed, there were no parking left and my order was forgotten so had to wait 15 mins to get my coffee. The toilet was dirty and no one cleared the tables. Awful experience. Need a new management. Used to be great.

The service here is extremely poor. When making a couple of mistakes, no apology and the look generally as if they despise serving customers. The lady looked very moody and it seemed a lot of hassle for her to rectify my order when she made a mistake.
You can?t expect good work ethic now sadly. This is a thing of the past. Bring on the AIs I suppose. Perhaps they may interact better? or not!

Just purchased 4 large drinks. And lo and behold the staff at this branch didn?t actually provide large drinks. 3 quarters full. Considering the price of a coffee £5.00 a cup and they cannot even fill the cups. What a shocking service today. The staff are clearly trying to save money , yet I don?t understand why as it?s not coming from them personally. And I?ve paid for large drinks. Why am I not getting this?? Here?s a photo I took just as I?d been given these before driving away. With cake it cost me nearly £30. I?m sure I?m not the only one they?re doing this too. If this continues I?ll take my custom else where. Shocking.

The first picture is how my iced caramel macchiatos have looked the 11 times I?ve ordered one in the last 2 months. The other picture is how it was served to me today. When it was handed to me I even asked the person who didn?t make it if it was definitely a macchiato (knowing it wasn?t, they are layered that?s literally the definition of a macchiato), hoping they?d recognise the error but no, the employees lack of barista knowledge was instead validated. Whoever made my drink at 12:15 on August 17 needs to be retrained. I am so extremely disappointed as this is one of the only treats I can have while I wait for my surgery that requires an extremely restricted diet in preparation. It?s a fine iced latte, that?s just not what I ordered.

Great Starbucks tucked away..very chilled vibe inside but drive thru very busy.
Staff nice but on headsets which I don't agree with but that's the age we live in I guess ?

Americano excellent and I'm a true blue to Greggs. It was a great experience but please drop the headsets and chat to your paying customers. Communication is key guys ?(company policy I guess)

Staff are rude coffee was bitter and it's always cold inside where you sit. Yet nice and warm at and behind the counter for the staff.

One of several starbucks that I visit and never had any issue with Northfield. However, they have recently gone card payment only and as I still like paying with cash it's so long and thanks for all the fish as Douglas Adams wrote!
