Well won't be going back, staff what staff hardly anyone there to help you, totally disorganised, nowhere to sit and try anything on or I person taking up whole 4 seats cause they had bags, was told my size for specific shoe not in but someone else found them in my size. Pathetic really stuff for shelves all over the floor I almost went over no support for disabled people. Get more staff who have a bit of enthusiasm about them.

I brought some Lonsdale shorts for £18 and after one wash they went all bubbly. I tried to return them but they wouldn?t allow me to so now I?m stuck with bad quality shorts, disgraceful. Also the male staff are about as useful as a chocolate teapot. I will never frequent this place again due to the clothes evidently being of very poor quality.

Worst customer service. Have been waiting for more than 45 minutes just for someone to get exact shoe size.Have requested the staff, they are playing around.Ended up not buying anything.

Staff are awful & would strongly advise do NOT, I repeat, NOT, shop here. Was informed I was eligible for a refund from 2 members of staff due to damage to my shoes when receiving my shoes initially. 3 members of staff agreed there was damage that occured when they saw the shoe, and agreed I was entitled to a refund as per company policy. I was then informed I was not allowed a refund due to having student discount applied to my receipt, and the staff then saying there was ?no damage?. The young skinny 5?2 brown haired girl with glasses on the till was extremely rude, unprofessional, and was verbally aggressive towards me. I was told to ?walk to the front? to speak to a ?senior? however when I refused to do that, this particular worker become more aggressive. I explained I have customer rights, as per company policy, I am eligible for a refund as they agreed to initially, and I requested for her senior to attend the till so I can discuss this further to which the senior refused to do, and was coincidentally missing when I walked back through the store. My shoes cost approx £120, and this was wrongly handled in the most unprofessional way. I was sent to another SD store to which the issue was resolved thankfully and they was, as expected, polite. I would be ashamed to work for this company and work with people like them at Selly Oak, vulgar does not cut it.

Be aware the price on the box, could go up without advertising.
The man in selly oak branch upstairs who works for game, thinks women don't understand that prices increase ! I wanted the price as advertised on the box. But said I never understood.
Poor service, appalling customer service. Then responds with "go downstairs, I work for game'

Went to the Sally Oak branch in Birmingham yesterday for some walking boots and I know this store has some bad reviews but thought I know what I want so don't need to interact but when my item was not in stock a young guy by the name of Ryan helped me with customer service that is a Credit to the store, I have given 5 starts because of the service I received and will certainly return. Thank you Ryan.
