I had a very disappointing experience with the customer service at this store. The manager was extremely rude, and I honestly don?t understand how she was hired. She treated me with complete disrespect, as if I was beneath her, instead of valuing me as a customer. On top of that, my issue was not handled in a professional manner at all.
I?ve always liked Sports Direct, but this particular store is terrible. I will never return, and I definitely won?t recommend it to anyone.

the worst customer service i have ever had the misfortune to have to contact. i ordered an item to be collected and was failed to be notified when it arrived. then when i contacted customer service they assured me it would be returned and i would be refunded. all fine.
but no, it took me MONTHS of back and forth with these people for them to follow their own rules!! kept my item and fobbing me off for over 2 months when according to their policy, it should?ve been returned after 10 days! so months and months of going back and forth, empty words, empty emails and broken english, only when i brought up the laws they had broke and the legal action i would be taking against them had they not refunded me within 5 days, then they finally refunded me!! worst service provided ever. AVOID AT ALL COSTS unless you want to be messed about. they don?t care.

Terrible service.
Staff are very unhelpful.
The expression on the staff member's face after requesting a trainer in a particular size was AS IF THOUGH I highly insulted him.
Another female staff member (in a scarf) was too busy expressing her kind manners to the shop security guy rather than helping customers.
Absolute shambles!

Absolutely appalling experience at Sports Direct. One day I?m being stalked by multiple staff like I?m about to steal something, then I come back the next day and the shoes I wanted ? which were clearly on display ? are suddenly ?not in stock.? Yeah, right. It was 20 minutes before closing, and the staff were just lazy. One guy couldn?t be bothered to check properly and came back with a completely different pair of shoes don?t appreciate my time being wasted. Do not waste your time here

Sports Direct?where do I even begin? The quality is nothing special, and most are either unaware of online shopping or just don?t care. The real issue isn?t the staff but the higher-ups, who pocket the profits and focus solely on expansion?and, unfortunately, people seem to like it. It?s baffling why people still shop at big retail stores that charge 20 times the price for nowadays a worse quality product

Awful service. No staff around to help. When there is they are not approachable. No smiles from staff at til. All look very young like they fresh out of school. Unbelievable!

I'm really disappointed with this branch. My family and I waited for about 25 minutes for one of the staff to help us and bring the size shoes we needed. It?s hard to believe how many customers might just walk away on a busy weekend because there?s not enough staff around. Just like we did!

My first visit to this store in particular and awful service, no staff around and after waiting 10-15 mins for anyone to show up, had to go to the till and wait in a queue each time I wanted to check if they had a shoe in the right size. After all of that, with the cashier checking the shoes and their sizes a few times, got home and found that they had given me 2 Right shoes!!! Shall be taking them back to a store nearer to me that actually has people working there. Worst Sport Direct I've ever been in.

Today I was a customer of sport direct unfortunately it was not a good experience. I had a hard time finding a layette for my sons so I decided to look for a costumer service to help me choose shoes. However he was not willing to help and was very rude. I lost the desire to buy anything so I bought things that I already had on hand and for the rest of the search I went to JD. I will not say that there were many people in the store and they were busy the store was almost empty and I honestly am not surprised.

Asked a young skinny Asian girl with braces, quite long straight hair, working on the upper floor, for assistance and she provided none at all. She responded by saying she will call someone else. No one else turned up. I had to go around the shop floor and find someone for assistance.
Young Asian girl with braces, was very rude, appalling customer service, no mannerism. seemed like she was very incompetent, lazy and probably stupid. Just goes to show how she was brought up.
Sports direct, you're a let down with your customer service. A really poorly managed outlet in Perry Barr one stop.
